GoogleSorry to say, but dealing with Foxton in order to buy an investment property in the UK was one of the most horrendous experiences I have ever had. Lucky enough, I was able to get mine through a different agent just before deciding to invest in a different place.

GoogleI recently rented out my flat thru Foxtons and I found Tom Sutton and Charles Okwuosa extremely helpful and was very happy to deal with them. I can highly recommend their services!!

GoogleReview for Charles, who is part of the concierge service. I found Charles very helpful, he was courteous, professional and did what he said he would regarding organising a quote for work in one of our flats within a very short timeframe. He also kept in touch with follow up calls.

GoogleDon't use these people. They keep ringing you up, pressurizing you to rent a property through them or sell a property with them. They do not take no for an answer. By the looks of the other reviews, they don't treat the people they deal with well ...

GoogleIt's now over a month since moving out of a short term let and we are still waiting for the £800 deposit to be returned, and still no word on why 10% was deducted, despite the property being left in a far cleaner state than when we moved in. We would not recommend Foxtons to anyone else.

GoogleProperty manager Edward Badu-Adom has basically no interest in helping the customers. Have been chasing him for over 2 weeks. He is great at promising to get things done that day everytime. We cannot get anything done since we moved in.
