GoogleBailie is a very professional, responsible, and friendly agent who responds to requests and questions with details very quickly. GoogleI wouldn't never recommend this agency to anyone! Highly unprofessional, deceitful and go back on their word whilst management hides behind closed doors. Our experience with them has been nothing but disappointing and full of lies. First they pushed and pushed for an earlier move out date, confirming verbally to it and pressuring my partner to change her move out arrangements (costly ones). When something went wrong on their end they went back on the agreement and said there's nothing that can be done, leaving my partner with extra bills and no answers.

GoogleI rented my 1 bedroom apartment through Foxton near Sloan Sq. last month. I found their rental service straightforward and very helpful. Once we agreed financial terms, Foxton’s online portal and payment system made the whole “move in” process a lot simpler. Our representative Antonio Bello was always available over email or text and dealt with my queries swiftly including out of hours. I have no hesitation to recommend their service to my family and friends.

GoogleI worked with Raxma Abdullahi out of Foxtons Chelsea and had a very positive experience. She was professional, detail oriented, and very candid, three traits that aren’t always synonymous with “lettings agent.” Raxma possesses a strong knowledge of the Chelsea/South Kensington area as well as detailed knowledge of the letting process. This process could’ve been arduous and horrible, but Raxma made it quick and easy to find a flat I loved and make it mine. Thanks, Raxma!

GoogleI would not trust Foxtons at all. They use underhanded, deceptive tactics when selling properties, including misleading information about the property itself and others in the same building, especially if those properties are listed with a different agent. It’s clear they try to steer buyers away from the competition rather than acting in good faith. Be very cautious if dealing with them.

GoogleWorst rental agency you could possibly deal with. They were completely unaware of all the issues in the flat they found for me despite an inspection report. They are completely inattentive and inefficient. You will need to act as the property manager on their behalf.

GoogleI worked with roughly a dozen agents during my apartment search process this past month. I was moving from NYC to London so it was no small task and, obviously, very stressful. The two Foxton's agents - Chris Fowles-O'Brien and Pierce Eaton - were far and away the most helpful, friendly, informed, and professional of everyone I encountered. The Foxton's selection and the experience working with their agents made this hectic process simple and pleasant. I can not recommend the company and these two agents more highly.
