I worked with Maya while I was looking for a flat, and I honestly just want to shout her out because she was amazing. As someone renting in London for the first time, and coming in from abroad, it could’ve easily felt overwhelming, but Maya made the whole process feel so much more grounded and human. She really went out of her way to help, followed up consistently, and made me feel like she genuinely cared about finding the right fit for me, not just closing a deal. Out of all the agents I interacted with, she stood out the most. She was thoughtful, on it, and just honestly a really kind person to have in my corner during the whole search. Super grateful I got to work with her.

We have just exchanged on the sale of our 5 bedroom Victorian terraced town house. Foxtons were brilliant from start to finish. They had a clear plan to market the house. We had an open house and then viewings for just over a week after which we had 3 offers (one at asking and two significantly above). Our initial contact was Patrick Augusto, who did a first rate job bringing our house to market. After that, Beatrix Chappell in particular was very impressive at managing the sale process. We are moving abroad and needed a late completion date, which did not make things easy. However, Beatrix was brilliant at ensuring we made it to exchange and dealt with all the issues that arose quickly, efficiently and effectively. We have recommended her to someone else selling their property and would have no hesitation in doing so again.

Our experience with Foxtons Sloane Square was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, we were left in the dark, with abysmal communication and a complete lack of transparency. The move-out process was a disaster. We were tossed between clueless agents who clearly didn’t have a handle on our tenancy. Just when we thought it couldn’t get worse, they slapped us with hidden charges like a "landlord’s commission refund" that we were never informed about. Even after we moved out, the incompetence continued. We were repeatedly promised updates on our deposit, but those never came through. It was like talking to a brick wall. Foxtons Sloane Square made the entire rental experience far more stressful than it ever should have been. If you’re looking for an agency that actually values its clients, look elsewhere. This was a masterclass in how not to run a business.

Jas has been the most superb estate agent I've experienced. We changed agents - no results - and Jas was on it from day one. He was hungry, got an offer within the first six weeks and managed the whole process from start to finish professionally and proactively. We had the pleasure of working with Alistair Duncan St-Barbe in the purchase of our London apartment. We cannot recommend Alistair enough he was so accommodating and helpful in the process. Alistair was really flexible, allowing us the opportunity to see the apartment on multiple occasions and was incredibly gracious while we measured and brainstormed ideas. If you’re looking for an apartment or a new home in London my highest recommendation would be to contact Alistair and have him help you with what can be a stressful process. We have worked with a few other agencies and Alistair at Foxton’s was by far the best. He showed up on time to meet us, didn’t rush us in any way and stepped on to help move thing's along when needed. Our purchase was smooth and really fast compared to other stories we’ve heard over the 3 years we’ve been looking for a place. I’m not generally a reviewer but he was fantastic!

Predatory Estate Agent who took £17,500 from my sister and me and rented us a flat at 25 Tite Street that reeked of smoke and had stairs that were damaged and dangerous and we slid right down. Nearly three years later they refuse to refund our money, and now we have to go to trial to get money back because the flat was uninhabitable. Stay away unless you want to be swindled out of your savings!

I had a fantastic experience working with James Young at Foxtons Sloane Square, along with Fleur, who was in her first week and already incredibly helpful. I initially scheduled just one viewing, but James kindly took the time to drive me around and show me other available options, from Sloane Street to Earls Court. In an hour and a half, I saw five different flats and was able to secure one by the end of it. James was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and honest, while both he and Fleur were very thoughtful, making the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.
