GoogleJust moved to the new apartment and i love it. I'd recommend Kinan from Foxtons. I've talked to so many agents who all failed to keep contact after I leave my details with them. But Kinan is the only one who calls me with great passion whenever he has a property which he thinks I'd like. And he'd arrange me to view the property on the same day that I express my interest. He's super efficient as well, replying my long inquiry emails within just one day. He's more like a friend who gives genuine suggestions instead of someone who just wants you to pay. All in all, I think it has been a really pleasant experience so far.

GoogleBrilliant service. Assisted by Amir and could not have been more helpful or efficient. Had found 8 flats for us to look at within an hour of speaking and everything ran like clockwork. Amir was flexible and versatile and nothing was too much trouble. Great service in the office to with Olivia. Just streaks ahead of other agents we contacted. No comparison. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleI highly recommend Beth O’Driscoll. She is responsive, thorough, prepared and knowledgeable. She followed up on my search items promptly, and I was particularly impressed by the background work she put in to research flats for me, e.g. with regards to Wi-Fi provider plans, an important requirement for me. She was very helpful with multiple viewings, and even when I had to go back to a flat to double check on items I had missed the first time around. She was also great at providing me with very good options that I hadn’t even considered based on the parameters of my search. Unfortunately, I ended up finding a gorgeous property with another agent, but the fact that I’m taking the time to write this review highlights how much I was pleased with Beth’s work and my interactions with Foxtons.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Even when things seemed terribly complicated and near impossible she managed to get everything to align and went above and beyond to get our sale through at the necessary deadline! We were also very impressed that we were able to contact her in a variety of ways and therefore we received answers to our enquiries with speed! GoogleBeth has been brilliant throughout my whole experience with Foxtons. She understood my needs and listened to my feedback. She didn't keep pestering me with properties that didn't fit my brief (like I've found with many other estate agents! ) Due to changes in my personal circumstances in these uncertain times, I'm now having to push back my move to London. I can't thank Beth enough for her understanding and professionalism during this time. I'll certainly be coming straight back to her when I'm able to make the move back to London. And I've already recommended her to one of my friends.

GoogleAs soon as I met Jas, I knew I would be in good hands with him as my agent because he had really done his homework and was very knowledgeable about similar flats for sale (or recently sold) in the same building. It was also clear that he knows the real estate market in the area extremely well, as a result of which he was able to offer sensible, intelligent advice regarding the timing of putting the property on the market, whether to renovate or not to renovate, and the proposed selling price. I was very pleased that he was quickly able to find a motivated purchaser, and everything moved forward much more speedily than I had expected. I recommend him highly!

GoogleWould strongly advise against working with Foxtons. There are some scathing reviews already posted which echo our experience. Do not ignore them. Communication has been the major issue. When it came to our move out and deposit dispute, our property manager, Agne, was unresponsive and unprofessional. Our emails were repeatedly ignored for weeks. Every time we tried to call her we would go straight to voicemail - she probably blocked us. Furthermore, when we called the office number, she would refuse to come to the phone or call us back and no one else was helpful. We were shocked to discover she was the divisional manager. We were only able to get a response from her after filing a complaint with the head office and looping in her boss. This was after about 2 months of chasing. In terms of the dispute itself, Foxtons did the check in report very poorly so at check out they used it to try to charge us for marks and damage that was present before. Thankfully we had photos of everything from check in. In spite of all the evidence we presented, they still charged us on vague descriptions without providing additional evidence. Eventually, Agne told us to just raise a dispute with the external agency which will now take another few months likely taking the entire move out process to half a year. We would add that our initial property search was positive. We had Liam who is great. Unfortunately, your property manager will be someone else and you aren’t given a choice here. We have never felt so disrespected by an agency and will certainly not be recommending Foxtons to anyone.

I definitely recommend Foxtons for people that are looking for very nice quality in terms of flats and who need to move asap. Foxtons help you achieve your wishes in the same journey. Some agencies take a week to process the documents, clean the flat etc but with Foxtons , things happen NOW. They have enough people and resources to do it and they try their best to make people happy. They have cars and can show you many flats the same day.
