GoogleThe agents are there for you when you need to find a rental flat. however, if you are the tenant of a rental flat, then you are not their priority. I let two properties from them and in each instance less than 24h notice was given to show the flat, with requests from after hours. In one instance one agent actually left the front door wide open which I discovered when I returned home. They are eager to make the money from the let, but not actually take care of the property or the tenants in the properties they let.

GoogleProfessional and really helpful people. Matt was a great help in our property search, and got us the property that was suitable for our requirements asap. Marina and Marwah were both helpful as well. Both Marina and Matt showed utmost diligence to aid in our property search. Will definitely reach out to them in the future if needed. GoogleThank you to Matt Gould and the Foxtons Hampstead branch for guiding me towards the property I was hoping to find. Sometimes moving house with short notice can be a very daunting process but I felt Matt listened to my needs and it was always a pleasure being in his company, highly recommend. GoogleGreat experience with these guys. Our agent was Solomon and he made the whole property renting process smooth. We got a nice clear contract sent and foxtons provided us with far and electric updated certificates. Very approachable when we needed help and advice and the guys also helped us to get rid of an old sofa left in place by old tenants.

GoogleI have been trying to reach Sonny and Michael for the past two days due to an urgent security issue regarding my flat. I have left countless phone messages and emails for both of them and have not heard back. If I can't rely on my property managers when there is an urgent security issue there is something seriously wrong. Severely disappointing.

GoogleThey (Foxtons) have been informed on multiple occasions that we do not consent to being contacted regarding a property. We are beyond exasperated and they continue to harass us for business by phone and email. They informed us to go to various resources online via an app and remove our Foxtons account. We had confirmation from the Letting's Director many months ago that our account had been deactivated however they have now informed us that legally that they must hold our data for 7 years and have so far not acted upon our request for a full disclosure under GDPR regulations. When they call us they don't want to listen to us, not interested in anything we might have to say, they do not get the message, speak over us and already know everything about us! They are purely driven by OTE and once they have your business they will ignore you all over again and deliver the worst property management service which will be via the myfoxtons portal as a 'self service' tool which is unfit for purpose. Furthermore nobody will help you when things go wrong and the property manager even rejected our email without any explanation. Do not enter Foxtons's Hotel California and never disclose your information to any branch of Foxtons as they will send it round and round to every branch and employees will not stop until a commission has been earned. GoogleUnfortunately I had a dreadful experience with Foxtons over a 4 month let at 53B Fordwych Road. The property was listed at £600pw. I was out of the country and I know short lets can be tough to tie down so didn't dispute the asking price and signed a tenancy contract at £600pw. Given a tenancy contract was drafted and signed, the price must have been accepted. Two weeks later I was told that the landlord hadn't signed, and wanted more money. We eventually settled at £650pw. Bad start. When I arrived at the property, the landlord hadn't moved out any of their belongings at all. One wardrobe and a chest of drawers was full with their belongings, as was every square inch of storage space. I had to move the landlords belongings to the spare room which effectively reduced the property from a 2 bed to a 1 bed (a photo is attached to show the amount left behind). I contacted Foxtons about the issue and despite persistent chasing over the 4 month let, they did absolutely nothing. They took days or weeks to respond to emails. They offered no solutions to any issues. I asked if the landlord would move the stuff out or agree to a rent deduction to reflect the loss of a bedroom - no response. When I moved out, I left the property in the same state I had found it but the landlord is trying to deduct £180 for cleaning. They provided no photos or evidence at all. I have asked for evidence, but in typical Foxtons fashion, have received no reply. No doubt it will take the deposit protection dispute system to sort this one out. If I could give minus stars I would, it was the worst letting experience I've had by some distance.

GoogleI was looking for an apartment to rent from different country. Not really easy thing to do. However I was lucky enough to have Ziad to help me. Even though we were quite unlucky in few cases he always had a backup plan in his sleeve. Awesome experience specially thanks to Ziad, cannot recommend him and therefore Foxtons enough :)
