Ameer Malik helped me secure a rental before I stepped foot in London, all done remotely within a day! It was a massive weight off my shoulders as I would be new to London and otherwise forking out money in a hotel whilst scrambling to find a rental. I had a fantastic customer experience with Foxtons in Hampstead. I moved from abroad to London in the Hampstead area recenly. I had to manage many things from afar. Yunus, the agent at the Hampstead agency, helped me through the start to end rental process ! He was not only responsive, highly professional and customer-centric but truly went the extra mile to help me along the way from end to end starting with viewing the flat, arrange the relevant paperwork, liaising quickly and seamlessly betweem myself and the landlord and kept the communication open, trasparent and clear. I would highly recommend the service of this Foxtons Hampstead agency! From the moment I made contact with *Isabella* at the West Hampstead branch, I knew I was in good hands. Throughout the process she has been extremely responsive and professional and answered all my questions. She was attentive to my requirements, even taking me to see properties quite far away from her office's area and at short notice. She also helped me find a short term let that gave me ample time to search for a long term option. What has made the experience even better is Isabella's positive attitude and energy, it was a pleasure getting to know her. The reason that I have not given 5 stars has nothing to do with Isabella - it is a failure in property management of my current short term let in dealing with issues in a timely matter. Isabella has even tried to help me despite it not being within the scope of her responsibilities. For such a reputable and established company, this has been unexpected and disappointing.

I was very impressed by Negotiator "Mars". He stood out for me amongst many others from this and other agencies. His level of helpfulness was over and above the norm, nothing was too much trouble and with lateral thinking he has been proactive in informing me of additional interesting properties around my initial enquiry which eventually lead to fruitful viewings. Sometimes I struggle with EA people, they tend to take a lot for granted and get miffed if things don't go to according to their script, but not this guy, a true gent and professional. thanks again.
