Felt lucky to have Alpa Patel as our agent. she is amazing, hardworking, always on time with a smile, even accommodating multiple viewings in her busy schedule requested by us. Real professional in handing our queries with seller and going that extra mile in helping us to get us over the line. Foxtons were amazing and thanks to Alpa, we had the best experience with them in our house purchase. Will definitely recommend Foxtons temple fortune team

I came to Foxtons looking for a short term let and with a very specific set of requirements. Rafeena was extremely attentive to my needs and worked extremely hard to find a place I would be satisfied. She was quick and responsive throughout the process. Even after the contract was signed she continued to make herself available to deal with small issues before moving in. I recommend Foxtons and in particular Rafeena.

Our agent Rafeena went above and beyond to ensure I could secure the property I can finally call home. She was always available and extremely professional. She was really helpful and addressed any of my queries/concerns in a timely manner. She was very friendly, understanding, and overall a great estate agent. I would definitely recommend you to get in touch with him ahead of your next move!

Though there has been some back and forth due to the lock down, we've received very good support from Klaudijus Koncius and Derek Sweeney from Foxton along the way. They are very professional, patient and responsive. We met Klaudijus a few times, he was always very nice and showed us all relevant properties he has at hand so we can make more informed choice. Derek has been helping us on the phone to smooth the deal and avoid risks. Overall, it have been a great experience.

Behar Halimi is always responsive, even though after office hours, he is still answering me questions. He understands our urgency and priorities us in the first place. It is a pleasant experience with Foxtons. I would recommend Hongkongers to find properties with Behar Halimi. He understands our needs, he deals many Hongkongers in Colindale. His advice is professional and fair.

Derek and his team found the buyer straight away , obtained an early excellent offer and negotiated a good deal . Alpa has been so friendly , helpful , worked to solve problems outside the selling remit , kept focused and persistent and patient throughout and was an excellent bridge between tenant , buyer and ourselves the seller . Well done on making things happen in a tough market

Where to start! We ended up in a very challenging sale situation but Foxtons remained committed, professional and diligent throughout. Nothing was ever too much for them. I knew from the moment Foxtons came to value our property that they were the best agents to seal the deal; the valuation they gave us was based on real data and expertise and was not undervalued for a quick sale which is what we found with others. We absolutely would not have got this sale over the line without Foxtons. Special thanks to Derek, Klaudijus and Michael!PositiveQuality, Professionalism

Klaudijus was incredible when my partner and I were looking for flats within Colindale. As we had very limited days where we could visit the again, he offered to show us over 10 flats in one night which was very helpful in our decisioning process. Despite his busy schedule, he made time for us and made sure we got to see all our options in order to make an informed choice. He was also very responsive with e-mail and calls, which was great when we were organising price ranges, requirements, and arranging suitable date for viewing.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

At first, we were insecure about the idea of renting through an agency. The unknown is always intimidated and on top of that was the massive online negative review about the subject. However, at this time we decide to give a chance, as what we were looking for we couldn’t find offered by private landlords (new building flats, high EPC, long term, ... within our budget). For our first time using an agency was also essential to find the perfect letting agent. We couldn’t ask for a better negotiator, Rafeena Pervez made us feel supported and comfortable to place any of our requirements and concerns. Rapidly, she understood our needs and effectively found a way to answer to them. Her transparency and practicality eased whole the renting process. A advice that I would like to leave is educate yourself about the letting process, take time to investigate and compare the different agencies and to choose the right one. That will save you time and will give you peace of mind.

Foxtons and especially Karolina, made the process of renting a flat for the first time easy; she was amazing! From answering all kinds of queries to being available whenever I needed her, she was very hands on through out the process. She personally spent a lot of time chasing down things for me, and took away a large amount of my stress away! Will definitely work with her in the future!
