After giving up on our search after having lost a few properties we intended to go for, he kept in touch and encouraged us to carry on. We would not have found he right flat for our needs and budget if it wasn't for him. I highly recommend the Temple Fortune team and would most certainly use them again.

GoogleI couldn't recommend Klaudijus enough. As a first time buyer, I was apprehensive thinking of even where to start and Klaudijus put everything into ease for me. With just a short description he understood my needs and what I was looking for and also showed me a few great options. At the end, I felt more knowledgable and empowered going forward. I couldn't recommend Klaudijus for anyone who is looking to buy a home. Big thank you

He was a great agent who was very polite and helpful - he referred me quickly solicitors and contractors and helped coordinate all the necessary checks. Very efficient. He also closely followed up on pending queries with the seller and the solicitors and kept me posted on the status. His service is highly appreciated.

GoogleDuring my recent flat sale most viewings were arranged and overseen by Adam Sonenfeld from Temple Fortune branch. Adam is a charming, earnest chap and it was a real pleasure to have him dealing with my home. He was polite with both me and the potential buyers, while being informative and business-like. Although Adam was not the person who eventually achieved the sale of my flat I felt it should have been him and if there is anyway Foxtons can reward him for his hard work then he definitely deserves some recognition. GoogleI really cannot recommend Foxtons highly enough. Particularly Nick Mayhead and Adam Sonenfield who led on the sale of my studio flat. I had initially chosen a different (cheaper) estate agent, and I can only say that you get what you pay for. I was initially wary of Foxtons due to the various stories of them being aggressive / underhand, but I can honestly say I couldn’t have been more wrong (or surprised!) Nick managed to get a sale in an increasingly difficult market and was absolutely brilliant in keeping me updated, clearly explaining my options and keeping me up to date on all aspects throughout the sale. Thanks you Nick and Adam. Five stars.

GoogleI opted for the services of Foxtons/Temple Fortune to sell a two bedroom ground floor flat in Hendon. Before deciding on Foxtons, I contacted several other estate agents in and around the area. No regrets at all with my decision to go ahead with Foxtons. Yes, they charge a bit more compared to other agents. But they work 10 times harder and are 10 times more efficient and professional than any other agent. Thrilled with the service, speed and ease of dealing with Foxtons. The property was sold in less than 2 months at a price slightly higher than what I anticipated, and during a climate of uncertainty. Nick Mayhead from Foxtons Temple Fortune is a great guy and worked really hard to get things done. He was always prompt, upbeat and enthusiastic from start to finish, he knows his stuff and gets the job done. Well done to Nick and his team. I cannot thank you enough.

GoogleDouglas and his team were excellent in finding tenants for both my properties especially given I was stuck abroad due to the pandemic. Foxtons ensured all social distancing protocols were observed (giving potential tenants comfort during viewings) and created a video of the apartment for those who were not comfortable with physical viewings. GoogleHave worked with a number of estate agents now. Foxtons have by far been the most efficient and effective. Their slightly higher fees are more than justified. Klaudijus Koncius, Derek Sweeney and Alpa Patel have made the process nice and easy, fitting everything around our schedule, doing all the ‘heavy lifting’, communicating progress very well. GoogleI had a mixed experience last year, good from the Sales Rep, bad from the Sales Manager. In short, here was my experience: 1) Shown around by Adam Sonenfield who was really good, he was proactive and tried his best. 2) Bid for a property which was accepted > all good so far 3) Adam then hands proceedings to his manager, Nick Mayhead to seal the deal with solicitors. Here within around 2-3 days, I was pressurized to go with their 'preferred solicitors which was done indirectly through a company called Coveyance' (which inc all costs came to £1.5k more than via my personal solicitor) for reasons of it having 'less chance of falling through' - when asking for reasons why this is the case, they only gave vague answers. My response was that I would not use Foxton's preferred solicitors unless the bank (HSBC) wouldn't accept my own solicitor, as HSBC have a panel of white-listed solicitors... my full mortgage appointment was booked within 10 days of my bid being accepted 4) 2 days later, Nick calls me in a rather aggressive tone, saying that if I don't give them solicitor details, the property would then go back on the market if I don't give them an answer... essentially alluding to 'go with our solicitors, as we're not prepared to wait an extra few days for your mortgage appointment'. He insisted Foxton's take no kick-back from me going via Conveyance 5) I then discover Conveyance aren't the actual solicitors and are instead an affiliate, where they just took my details and then referred me to MW Solicitors. So I found out MW Solicitor's details and got a quote directly (rather than being channeled via Conveyance)... surprise, surprise, the quote for all costs came to £1.5k less... So why would Foxton's try push me to go via Conveyance I wonder? I myself have worked in affiliate marketing so I know how it all works. 6) Because of this, I pulled out of the deal as I'd lost trust in the Sales Manager's after these findings. I did detail my exact reasoning to Adam, who unfortunately couldn't counter argue any of my points. As I said, Adam was very good to deal with in all of this, so I'd actually recommend Adam himself. I knew Foxton's had a bad reputation beforehand and was warned of their tactics, however, I initially thought I'd see for myself and was disappointed especially after a good first impression from Adam. I have logged all of the above in case this gets disputed. It's also worth mentioning that I kept in touch with Adam, as I had no issues with him and would still recommend him. Just be mindful on their sales pitch RE their recommended mortgage brokers and solicitors. Good luck!

One of the most dedicated, professional agents we worked with was Rafeena from Foxtons Temple Fortune - she was very keen to find the right property for and explaining the pros and cons of each one in details and professionalism. We couldn't ask for service of higher quality, Rafeena was absolutely the best.

GoogleAlpa did an incredible job getting us an offer for our flat! We were really struggling to sell it with a different estate agency but as soon as we moved over to Foxtons Temple Fortune we started to get a lot of interest and when Alpa got involved we immediately were made an offer! Thanks to Alpa and Derek for working wonders. Highly recommended!
