Foxtons London reviews

I was pleased to search for the most suitable property to rent with Foxtons. During this search, which lasted more than two months!, we changed our decision to rent a property in London many times. Karolina Kaminska has been very patient with us and has shown great understanding throughout this time. From contacting Foxtons to securing our perfect apartment, Karolina has been respectful of our choices and transparent regarding available options. I could not have asked for a better agency and person to go through this tedious process with. Highly recommended!

Rachael Smith is the best realtor at the company, last year I was in contact with the Golders Green office and the experience was meh. This time I was expecting the same sort of energy but she is amazing works really hard to meet your requirements and also has great ideas that you may not of thought off. It is very evident she understands the market clearly, the communication is brilliant and from someone who doesn’t like realtors I found one whose actually great. Other less friendly realtors take notes !

Superb service from Alpa at Foxtons! We have just completed the process of buying a flat, and Alpa Patel at Foxtons was our agent during that process. From our first meeting with her, Alpa was a consummate professional; fully knowledgeable, immensely helpful, wonderfully communicative, and an absolute pleasure and delight to deal with. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, including dealing with a complex setup with our vendors, and managing two (inevitably) challenging solicitors. She even managed to get the flat fully painted and decorated by the vendor before we completed the purchase! Dealing with Estate Agents is not always...enjoyable...but on this occasion it was a fabulous experience! I would absolutely commend and recommend Alpa.

I had the absolute best experience with FOXTONS temple fortune - particularly with Rafeena Pervez. Trying to find a property to let was an uphill task prior to meeting Rafeena. Once we met her and gave our requirements , she ran with it with determination. My family and I cannot thank her enough for making the process seamless and stress free. Aside from her professional attitude , she was super nice and caring. Thank you so much Rafeena you were awesome !

I couldn't have asked for a better estate agent than Jordan. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire viewing process. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and tailored his recommendations accordingly. Jordan was always prompt, professional, and a pleasure to deal with.

Alpa is the best London realtor! She is super clear on process, understands the market and does the most insightful house visits. We are forever grateful on her advice and support. Highly recommend her to other customers and if her manager reads this - she is top talent!

Rafeena Pervez was invaluable in helping us find an apartment after having recently moved to London. Rafeena reached out to me a few weeks before the move to get the details and clarify what I was looking for in a rental. From then on, she kept in regular contact to keep us updated on new listings, help narrow down which areas would be best for us, and eventually set up viewings. Once we had settled on a unit that we wanted to make an offer on, Rafeena walked us through the whole process, and was always reachable to answer any questions. On top of all of that, she is an absolute delight to work with, always friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend working with Rafeena and Foxtons to find a new home.

Refeena made my house hunting with Foxton into a joyful experience, especially when the market was very competitive for a 1-bedroom place. Before we connected, I had already viewed several properties with other real estate agents, but they were often not listening to my requirements and the rents were over my budget. Refeena heard and acknowledged my standards. We viewed two properties within my budget, and I successfully found the house I envisioned myself to live in for the next 1.5 years. The whole referencing process afterwards was stress-free because I profoundly believed that she had the best interest to support my application and was frequently updating me on the progress, often outside of working hours to accommodate my availability. If you are looking to rent a property, I would not recommend a betterestate agent.

Rafeena helped me to find a short term rental in London, quite a difficult task. She has been very professional, quickly responded to my millions of questions, is informed about the apartments, the locations and all administrative questions. If she doesn't know the answer immediately she will find out within a short time frame. She understood very easily what kind of apartment I needed, what I liked and what I didn't. Rafeena is an excellent agent to find an apartment that meets your needs! I will come back to her if needed and recommend her warmly.

We recently had the pleasure of renting a property with Rafeena. We were suddenly given notice on our current flat by our landlord due to them selling and Rafeena made what could have been a very stressful time, actually very enjoyable. Right from the initial enquiry she was super professional, polite and on the ball. We were viewed, referenced and signed within days, she kept constantly updating us and worked around the clock to give us our dream place to live, even working tirelessly to get permission for us to have a dog from the landlord, which is rare to find. I will be sure to recommend Foxtons to anyone looking to rent.

Foxtons Temple Fortune Estates offer an efficient and quick service. Antonia was great at seeking out properties of interest for me and ensured I was kept up to date with everything throughout the process. Although I did not end up buying a property with Foxtons, I would highly recommend Antonia as she goes beyond her duty to ensure that i'm happy with my purchase. Management on the other hand, was perceived rather 'threatening' when I wanted to withdraw my reservation. Understanding that everyone has targets to reach, this could have been dealt in a more professional manner. Other than that, my experience was positive!

Alpa Patel has been invaluable in our search for a property, and from the first viewing with her, we were set that we wanted Alpa to be our agent! She listened to our needs and understood what we were looking for. She’s been amazing at communicating with us, even following up on her days off and just made the process a lot smoother and reassuring. I cannot recommend her enough and her professional experience in providing everything and more in finding the right property!

Selling our property with Foxtons was a great process. We used other agencies in the past but it is only Foxtons that sell! Brilliant people, extremely professional but also personable and focused. We are very happy with the price and generally with the care we received. Notably, Alpa was just outstanding. We have never met anyone more enthusiastic and committed to their job. She guided us through the process with outmost diplomacy, she was reassuring, intuitive, caring and had outstanding communication skills. We could not be happier and we would certainly recommend using Foxtons to anyone who cares about a smooth sale at a great price.

Exceptionally attentive and supportive throughout the entire process: from arranging a viewing, securing the offer to signing the contract. A special thanks to Samuel and Jamal for their outstanding assistance!

Our agent Uche was great and showed us multiple properties. She also helped us set up the contract with the landlady the same day to accommodate our travelling. My only quip is that when we went to pick up the keys another team member couldn't find them for a while and seemed a little disorganised and the cleaning hadn't been finished.

Rafeena was extremely helpful when l needed an emergency short term let for my elderly mother. She's extremely polite, professional, and got everything sorted within one day and walked me through the process which I was new to. She even provided great service once my mum moved in to make sure she was settled and everything was working as it should. Highly recommend her.

We are very pleased to have Klaudijus as our agent. He is super proactive and professional along the journey, from day 1 when he showed us all the potential properties until we exchanged the contract and closed the deal. As a foreigner living in this country, it could be quite scary when you have to commit the biggest purchase in your life but he has been very supportive in this journey. I would definitely recommend!

The valuer Douglas Young was very unprofessional and undervalued my property. I had gone to other independent agents in the area that had secured a higher price for me at a lower rate. My recommendation is definitely shop around for the best agents in your area and independent agents offer a better rate with some services.
