We were very happy to have Sam lead us through our property search. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and lovely to be around. Sam ensured we were able to view all the properties we wanted to, as well as more that matched our criteria and gave a real insight into the industry and processes. He is really devoted and always a pleasure to speak to. Thank you for the great experience - we are so happy with the flat!

Alpa Patel was absolutely amazing to work with and I can't recommend her enough. From having plenty of knowledge about the local area / available properties, to organizing back to back viewings to maximize our time spent in an area, we were lucky to have Alpa as our agent. I can honestly say that Alpa will my first point of call going forward if I ever plan to sell or buy my next home.

As a first-time buyer, I found my experience of dealing with Foxtons Temple Fortune to be excellent and very easy to navigate. I dealt with Alpa Patel, of whom I found to be very helpful during my search. Alpa showed me a wide range of options that suited my budget and gave me a great deal of advice on how to navigate the buying process. I would definitely recommend Alpa and the Temple Fortune team.

Alpa has provided an excellent service from the start. I have been very lucky in dealing Alpa as she has assured nothing but ease for myself and is very efficient with all the work she has done from chasing solicitors and making sure not only the seller was happy but myself also which we have been beyond. As previously not having great experience from estate agents in the past; but Alpa as been outstanding and brilliant in dealing with all my queries and matters. 10* for Alpa Patel. Thank You!

Our house has been marketed by a number of firms over a period of months. When we were approached by Foxtons, we had two other agencies also on board. After a few weeks with Foxtons, we dropped the other two with Foxtons as the sole agents. A few reasons: the number and quality of viewings, set up of a WhatsApp group for quick and efficient communication but, most importantly, the time and effort put in by Alpa to know us, our house, the area and the needs of the viewers. Not sold just yet but we have more confidence in Alpa and Foxtons than we have had elsewhere.

We are looking for a rental on the market recently. There was one we are interested in, Rafeena reached us shortly, although the one we looking for was no longer available, Rafeena suggested some other options and arranged viewing for us very soon. During the whole process, Rafeena are extremely helpful, friendly, and the most important, she is willing to LISTEN, she get attention to what we are looking for and find what suit us the most. Me and my wife appreciated her help and passion, definitely one of the best agents we have come across!

We had a tough time with our sale thanks to the pandemic and difficult economic climate but Foxtons have stuck with us and managed to get us an offer we are happy with. All the agents are amazing. Shout out to Alpa who was a pleasure to deal with. Special mention to Klaudis who found our buyer and has been very supportive and responsive - both assisting in keeping the sale moving smoothly while also helping us search for a new place. He listened to our requirements carefully taken us to view some lovely properties. He's been super patient around my hectic work schedule too and just made the process easy and painless! Would highly recommend the team at Foxtons Temple Fortune.
