***AVOID*** Absolutely appalling service. Tried to force us to leave our tenancy early - we're talking harassing us with multiple calls, texts, and emails during the work day - because of their mistake in lying to the new tenants and saying they could move in early without having asked us first. We were duped into a tenancy with a rogue, misogynistic landlord (who refused to fix the ceiling falling in from a toilet leak... guess who did nothing about this? Foxtons Temple Fortune) and they were nothing short of useless for the duration of our tenancy. Doug in particular was terrible, doing nothing to help and being incredibly passive aggressive at times. We wish we had never rented through Foxtons and heartily recommend avoiding them, we have had much better estate agents out there. Foxtons Temple Fortune were so awful, we bought our first house (with a different agent, unsurprisingly) just to avoid them and the monopoly they seem to have on the North London rental market. Absolute cowboys, take your money elsewhere.

After being messed around by multiple agents at various properties across London and being stood outside waiting for a viewing, I saw the green foxton's logo from across the road decided to enquire the traditional way. I was introduced to Samuel Stephens, a very personable and polite man who seemed eager to help me. I already had a long list of viewings and was feeling frustrated about being made promises that didn't hold any water. It must have been the forth time I'd submitted a deposit and received a response from an agent letting me know that someone else had been accepted by the landlord. Sam made ran me through a list of options and just a few days later took me to a string of consecutive viewings that all matched my search criteria. The very same day, we found my ideal type of apartment, secured a deposit and organized a move in date. I can tell he genuinely cared about getting me into a new home. Fantastic guy with a professional approach. Great job.

Rafeena provided an excellent service in helping us find somewhere to rent. She was the most proactive agent we had during our search and regularly checked in with us. Time was precious for us as we needed to find somewhere bigger before the arrival of our baby. She showed compassion, care and consideration throughout. I highly recommend her. When she was on holiday and her Manager Doug took over, he provided an excellent service too. We didn't end up renting a flat through them but we have very much appreciated their support. We need more proactive agents like Rafeena who care and send properties by email that meet our needs without us needing to chase.

Personally, I have always had difficulties moving houses when it comes to dealing with agents, especially in a busy place like London. Most agents i have come across, tends to shrug off other vital things required by tenants, and focus of the monetary aspects (as they believe there are lots of tenants on the queue, if you don't pay the required fee, next tenant will pay). I have always see all housing agents that way, but Uche has really proved me wrong. She is a friendly and dedicated professional, right from the first viewing, to moving into the flat. She's helped handled all the stress and kept us informed on regular basis, as we went about our busy schedule. she tirelessly kept the the constant communication going between us and the landlord in terms of negotiations. Even when there were delays in providing some documentations from our side, Uche was so patient and still guided us on other options that made the process faster and stress free. When am ready to buy a flat or home, there's no other person i would want to as my agent/negotiator other than Uche. Thank you Uche, you gave me a total different perspective of housing agent in this annoying city. Uche is the most patience and dedicated estate agent I have ever met. She showed me very nice flats, understood our expectations and when we found the perfect place, she was very kind and very clear about the next steps. She knew Colindale well, so she could tell me what shops are around, tell about the neighbourhood. The paperwork was smooth and straight forward, through their platform we could follow what documents have been accepted and what are pending. The platform also well made, alongside the mobile app! The landlord is very nice and we are happy to send this 5* review from our nice and cozy new flat.

Tanika was one of the most patient and helpful agents i have ever dealt with.
