As a first time renter - the whole process seemed daunting and I was getting mixed information online. After browsing for properties online we found the perfect one, and within minutes of registering an interest we were contacted by Julide. Julide was amazing, answering any questions we had with detail and she ensured we understood every step. She had patience with us, was attentive and we felt valued as a customer. People who are looking to rent (especially first timers) will be lucky to have Julide taking care of them. Thank you!

We have worked with this particular branch a few times over the years and twice with our agent Alpa. Both times Alpa has secured a competitve price for our property within record time. Alpa is a great agent. She is communicative (easy to contact and kept us informed after every viewing), easy to work with, flexible and is skilled at showing a property in its best light and highlighting key features. We cannot reccomend Foxtons Temple Fortune enough.

We sold our one bedroom flat in Colindale with Alpa. After being on for many months with a rival firm we changed to Foxtons and had an offer within weeks thanks to Alpa and finding the perfect buyer for our property. The sale was not an easy one, and numerous roadblocks were thrown our way- however with the determination and open communication with Alpa, we were all able to navigate our way through the sale and overcome any challenges that occurred. In our chain there were many involved, but Alpa was the glue who kept it all together and made sure everyone was communicating and knowing where they stood and had realistic expectations. We have now exchanged and genuinely think the whole sale would have collapsed if we had gone with anyone else than Alpa! Thankyou!

I was contacted by Foxtons several times before deciding to sell my property through them. I’ll admit I had my reservations at first, but I was ultimately convinced by the brand, reputation, and name, and I’m so glad I chose them in the end. The experience has been exceptional. Although the sale came with its fair share of complexities and challenges (as sales often do), Alpa, my sales negotiator, was absolutely phenomenal throughout. From arranging viewings to guiding me through the legal side of the transaction, she was consistently responsive, personable, and flexible. Alpa provided reassurance at every step, offered honest and transparent advice, and at times felt like my therapist through the ups and downs of the process. Her professionalism and care made all the difference. I initially hesitated because of Foxtons’ fees, but having gone through the experience, I can confidently say it was worth every penny. They achieved a sale price that I doubt I would have secured elsewhere. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and very grateful for Alpa’s support and the wider team at Foxtons Temple Fortune. Thank you all for making what could have been a stressful process such a positive experience.

In terms of experience there’s none other a quintessentially competent agent to have rendered me a stellar one than the very Jamal Hussein of Temple Fortune branch! I mean having been a returning customer, I was very much in the know of the high standards with which Foxtons operate - but Jamal took it up a notch by delivering in record timeframes and professionally so - keeping me abreast and assisted throughout tje process, and in the end I can now boast of excellently responsible set of tenants and an even better rent to go with it - the icing on the cake! Needless to say, I shall FOREVER subscribe to, and recommend Jamal #ANYDAY.and Quintessentially so!👌🏻 Lady BOADICEA here. X

I had the pleasure of using Foxton’s letting service, and it was truly an outstanding experience. The team acted swiftly, arranging viewings quickly while providing professional and complimentary advice. Their energy and dedication were evident in how efficiently they promoted my property to potential tenants - secured two viewings within just three days. They kept me well-informed throughout, adapting the marketing strategy to fit my specific needs. Their responsivess was remarkable, always replying to my messages within 10mins, which gave me great confidence that I was in good hands. A special thanks to Jamal Hussain and his fantastic team, including Shanna and Julide, who arranged and conducted viewings, as well as Junaid and Guramsh, who assisted with the initial arrangements. Jamal, himself is a highly driven professional who ensures things are done both swiftly and properly. If I ever need to let my property again, Foxton’s will undoubtedly be my go-to estate agent, and Jamal and his team will be my first choice! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fast, efficient, and professional letting service.

Jamal handled all my questions and doubts about letting out the flat with a lot of patience and clarity. He was straightforward and transparent throughout, which made it easy to trust his advice. I appreciated that he didn’t just give standard answers and he took the time to explain options and suggest practical alternatives. In the end, we managed to find tenants and let out the flat smoothly with his help in about 24 hours.

She made sure I was always well informed, she was happy to chase all stakeholders involved at all times. Thank you so much Alpa!!! This experience was so seamless because of you and wouldn’t have been the same without you.

Over the last few weeks I had the pleasure to have Eden Tudor as my estate agent. Eden was very professional, and really did take the time to show me apartments that met my criteria. The process was smooth and she even offered me some advice as my partner and I had other viewings at the time. Eden is a genuine agent, who truly does want you to find the perfect place. I would definitely recommend!

We’ve been struggling a lot to find a property, we tried with different agencies but no one was like this one. Jamal and Rashid helped us find our ideal home despite the struggles they didn’t give up till they secured a property for my family. We had an amazing experience… today we are moving and it wouldn’t be possible if it wasn’t for the help of Jamal and Rashid.

We had the best experience of getting an Apartment with Foxtons. We felt supported throughout the viewings, offer and the process after. I believe we got the most genuine advice at every point and that made the home buying experience not as daunting as it seemed. I would like to thank Alpa Patel who ensured we got as much support as we wanted.

***AVOID*** Absolutely appalling service. Tried to force us to leave our tenancy early - we're talking harassing us with multiple calls, texts, and emails during the work day - because of their mistake in lying to the new tenants and saying they could move in early without having asked us first. We were duped into a tenancy with a rogue, misogynistic landlord (who refused to fix the ceiling falling in from a toilet leak... guess who did nothing about this? Foxtons Temple Fortune) and they were nothing short of useless for the duration of our tenancy. Doug in particular was terrible, doing nothing to help and being incredibly passive aggressive at times. We wish we had never rented through Foxtons and heartily recommend avoiding them, we have had much better estate agents out there. Foxtons Temple Fortune were so awful, we bought our first house (with a different agent, unsurprisingly) just to avoid them and the monopoly they seem to have on the North London rental market. Absolute cowboys, take your money elsewhere.
