We’ve been looking to buy for a number of months and Antonia took us under her wing to show us properties in the area. She has put in so much care and attention in trying to find something that fits our criteria and always keeps us in the loop. I’ve been really impressed with the service Antonia has provided. Although we haven’t managed to find anything yet we cannot fault the service and have never felt pressured. I can honestly say Antonia breaks all stereotypes of estate agents!

If I can give this a 10 star, I would! Brilliant Service from Rafeena Pervez ! The best I've ever had from any other estate agents and agency. She understood what kind of house we were interested in and she managed to get us the exact kind of house we were looking for with just 2 viewings! She is very reliable, efficient, approachable, quick to respond and has a knack for understanding what you are looking for and delivering exactly that which is great as you don't waste time with many viewings especially if you're on a time crunch :) :) . I would 100% recommend !

Guys please be careful with their management if something is wrong or costs a lot they will not fix it or they’ll ignore it just like me with my issue ongoing for 2 years. And when they need money, they call me ASAP but when i want my issue to be fixed it takes ages to answer me. Legally i can file a case against them.

I don't believe that renting a flat in London could be a good/happy experience as all the agencies and landlords will treat you as they are doing a favor letting you rent their flats. But my experience with Foxtons was terrible!!! I found a flat of my interest and decided to take it. What happen next? We were in a hurry to pay the agency fee plus deposit plus rent, so they could take the flat off the market. We signed the contract and they told us that we could move in the beginning of the next month. Five days before moving in, the agency arranged a meeting with the landlady as she wanted to meet us. Arriving there, a big surprise: The landlady called us as "potential tenants" and told us she HADN'T TIME TO SIGN THE CONTRACT YET and also that she wanted to change some points before sign it. What would be a meeting to know the tenants better was an interview to help her to make a decision to sign it or not. Which means that, if at that point she didn't liked us, she wouldn't sign the contract and we would need to look for another flat, but the agency didn't let us know that... Basically, you pay 420 pounds of agency fees but they don't do their jobs. They just don't care if you would stay with no place to go, as the market is full of people looking for flats/houses to rent. My advice is: be really careful, and pay attention in all minimal details. Of course you can not avoid to go to one or other agency, most of them will treat you the same way. But give an extra attention to what would happen AFTER sign the contract.
