GoogleWe’ve been looking to buy for a number of months and Antonia took us under her wing to show us properties in the area.
She has put in so much care and attention in trying to find something that fits our criteria and always keeps us in the loop. I’ve been really impressed with the service Antonia has provided. Although we haven’t managed to find anything yet we cannot fault the service and have never felt pressured. I can honestly say Antonia breaks all stereotypes of estate agents!

GoogleIf I can give this a 10 star, I would! Brilliant Service from Rafeena Pervez ! The best I've ever had from any other estate agents and agency. She understood what kind of house we were interested in and she managed to get us the exact kind of house we were looking for with just 2 viewings! She is very reliable, efficient, approachable, quick to respond and has a knack for understanding what you are looking for and delivering exactly that which is great as you don't waste time with many viewings especially if you're on a time crunch :) :) . I would 100% recommend !

GoogleHad a great experience with foxtons. They really listened to what we were looking for in a property. Oana who managed our move from start to finish, made the whole process really easy, she was super friendly and she made it her mission to get us into our new property asap. Highly recommend!

GoogleGuys please be careful with their management if something is wrong or costs a lot they will not fix it or they’ll ignore it just like me with my issue ongoing for 2 years.
And when they need money, they call me ASAP but when i want my issue to be fixed it takes ages to answer me. Legally i can file a case against them.

GoogleI don't believe that renting a flat in London could be a good/happy experience as all the agencies and landlords will treat you as they are doing a favor letting you rent their flats. But my experience with Foxtons was terrible!!! I found a flat of my interest and decided to take it. What happen next? We were in a hurry to pay the agency fee plus deposit plus rent, so they could take the flat off the market. We signed the contract and they told us that we could move in the beginning of the next month. Five days before moving in, the agency arranged a meeting with the landlady as she wanted to meet us. Arriving there, a big surprise: The landlady called us as "potential tenants" and told us she HADN'T TIME TO SIGN THE CONTRACT YET and also that she wanted to change some points before sign it. What would be a meeting to know the tenants better was an interview to help her to make a decision to sign it or not. Which means that, if at that point she didn't liked us, she wouldn't sign the contract and we would need to look for another flat, but the agency didn't let us know that...
Basically, you pay 420 pounds of agency fees but they don't do their jobs. They just don't care if you would stay with no place to go, as the market is full of people looking for flats/houses to rent.
My advice is: be really careful, and pay attention in all minimal details. Of course you can not avoid to go to one or other agency, most of them will treat you the same way. But give an extra attention to what would happen AFTER sign the contract.

GoogleWaheed Amiri at Foxtons proved himself to be highly efficient, effective and and dedicated during my search for a flat in London. He excelled in his response time (email and phone); attention to specific needs; attention to detail and personal accountability. I found him to be highly personable and professional in his approach and am very pleased with his level of follow-through. He worked past normal business hours to ensure this dedicated level of service. I would have no hesitation in recommending him highly to anyone looking for a home base in London.

GoogleIt was a pleasure having Uche assist us in finding a new property. We consulted in January and within the same month, she found us the perfect home, managed our expectations and gave us any advice necessary to help us negotiate to a budget that worked for us and that the landlord was happy with. Being that our budget was limited, we had certain expectations as to the quality of the properties in London available to us but what Uche found for us far exceeded what we expected. Every guest we have had has complimented us and even the Uber drivers who take us home have all enquired about the property. It couldn't be more perfect, feels like home, is easy to get to and from work, and is within our budget. It's simply a dream come true! Thankful for Uche's efforts.

GoogleI had a 3 year contract with Foxtons, after 1,5year I wanted to move out because I couldn't affor it anymore. I gave them 3 months notice so they could find a new tenant. I paid all my rent, also 240£/cleaning fee for 1 bedroom flat, 165£/check out fee and I left the flat in the same condition as it was when I moved inn. All I can say after all this time: Never, ever signe a long tenant agreement with Foxtons! All they care is their commissions, that's why they are very pushy to sign a long contract for 2 or 3 years without any resonable break clause. The landlords pay them all the commisions at the start of the tenancy agreement, so a longer contract mean more money from start. But, if you'll want to move out earlier they will want you to pay 11%+VAT comissions from remaining rent , apart from the fact that you need to wait untill they will find a new tenant. I had a 3 year tenancy agreement, when I signed it they didn't told me about their 11%+VAT comission, and at the end they wanted me to pay 3416£ comissions. They said it's a landlord comissions and they will pay it back to landlord. But in reality they don't pay it to landlord as my landlord had no ideea she should receive any comissions back. Apart from it they charge a new comission from landlord for a new tenant. Also they tried to charge me 375£+VAT for new tenant contract because they said the landlord didn't wanted to pay for it. So they wanted to charge me 3416£ comissions+375£+Vat only because I rented the flat for 1,5years instead of 3 years? They charged me 165£/check out fee+240£/cleaning fee, I gave them 3 months notice to find a new tenant and the new tenant moved in to the flat the day I left, so the flat wasn't empty even for 1 day and I paid all my rent.
I had 1980£/deposit and they didn't returned anything from it. I asked them to sent me a final bill so I'll know for what they charge me. After I asked for the bill they told me I don't need to pay anymore 3416£ comissions+375£+Vat. All I need to pay is 1815£/comission +165£/check out fee= 1980£/all my deposit, so I won't get anything from it. I didn't received any money from 1980£ deposit and in a very confusing bill which they sent to me, they wrote "landlords dilapidations" of 1815£, not lanldord comissions! When I asked what they mean by "landlords dilapidations", their answer was: "Dilapidation meand repairs when referencing a tenancy, we refer to it as commission as this is easier for tenants to understand". All I can say know: I'm very dissapointed with Foxtons, all they care about is to charge you as much as possibile for everything even if you shouldn't pay for it. Avoid them and don't signe a long tenancy agreement.
P.S. when Foxtons try to find a new tenant, expect them to call you nearly every day and arrange a lot of viewings; one of their agents forgot to lock the front door (I was lucky, nowbody entered the flat untill I arrived home); a few times I was asked if they can come for a viewing in the same day; also they asked me if I can moved out ASAP even if at that time already paid rent in advance for around 2 months and I wasn't planing moving out ASAP.
