GoogleAs a letting agent Foxton do not inspect the properties before they let. one would think that after being told by them that the place would be cleaned before the move that it would happen but once they receive the deposit and one month in advance they do not want to know. So when you check a place you'd expect the water pressure in the taps to be normal right well that's what I thought I had a shock when it took me 2 hrs to fill a quarter of the bath Also security is very important because insurance companies would not insure your goods if the place is not secure enough. All these points should have been gold by Foxton but it seems all they care about is to put blame on you because you saw the place. Be careful

GoogleI have been really impressed with Alpa through our process of buying a flat for my mum - she is super friendly, responsive, making great suggestions and is one of the only agents that is always looking out for properties that suit and proactively giving us a call as soon as something comes up. We have really appreciated the thoughtfulness and professionalism!

GoogleDerek Sweeney and the Foxtons team were extremely helpful when acting as my estate agent. They were not only professional and proactive in pushing things forwards, but also acted as a partner in the deal providing relevant advice when necessary. Would wholeheartedly recommend the team.

GoogleSeems as the different departments within the agency don’t really communicate with each other properly for some reason. Took almost a month of back and forth to get them to stop sending me emails and texts about a rent situation that did not exist and had already been sorted before

GoogleThanks a lot to Karolina that helped me and my boyfriend to find the perfect house where pets were allowed! She worked even after the office was close, she came to our old house to make sure we sign everything! Sorry for the late review 🙄 but we are (Chanel included ) still grateful for your job !! …

GoogleVery professional service from the team. Joseph Menahem in particular went the extra mile to make sure any hold ups in the process was dealt with. He also always kept me fully informed which added certainty to the process of us exchanging. I would highly recommend using him if you want to deal with someone who is knowledgeable, discerning, honest, competent and will take full responsibility for seeing things through.

GoogleI’ve never had better experience. Sam McLean was very attentive, very nice and found amazing flats to present to us. Literally ticked all the boxes. Looking for the flat and viewings may be stressful but he made it very fun and pleasurable experience. Me and my partner were very happy with all the process and professionalism.
