We recently had the pleasure of working with Charlie at Folio as our letting negotiator while viewing an apartment. His professionalism and dedication were evident from the moment we met him. This morning l did talk to my manager for Bakersfield estate miss Tay, and my personal experience was a lot more than l ever excepted.!! The most stand out thing for me was how no question was too much or too silly I think. being the first time me or my partner had rented a property together we obviously had loads of questions and silly little things on our mind. Matt O' Neill was able to help up with any questions we had and put our mind at ease regarding a couple of worries as well. He was easy to get hold of, quick with replies and totally accomodating to our needs. Can't fault him. Would totally recommend Folio and Matt specifically to anyone looking to rent especially first time renters. 10/10

Wes our letting agent was great through out the whole process, he was very efficient and always responded to queries quickly. We took a gamble by securing our new flat without seeing it - due to Covid. But it was honestly the best decision we made! We love it. Wes helped by arranging a viewing in a similar property so that we was able to see what it would be similar too. Overall a great experience start to finish. This was by far the best real estate experience I've ever had. The sales consultant Wesley was really customer-friendly and did an amazing job. I've seen a lot of salespeople from other estate agencies & from several other flat buildings and he has been the best person to deal with. It’s hard to rent a flat in London

It’s hard to rent a flat in London - even with a flexible budget and even more flexibility around location, there’s an estate agent looking for a quick commission that will try to convince you to sign on an absolute sh*thole. Albert Kahot was our oasis in the desert. Clear, direct, approachable, upfront, and extremely hospitable when it came to us wanting to view a flat last minute. On top of all that, he proactively and meticulously helped us through our (slightly complicated) referencing process - truly above and beyond. It’s very rare that I get to indirectly thank someone who immensely helped me over the internet, but the service we received was such a stark experience to ALL the other lettings processes I’ve been through in London that I’d absolutely love to declare this publicly - Albert you’re amazing, my flatmates and I thank you and wish you the best. :-)

Great move in experience

I recently moved into a flat in London with Folio and I must say my experience has been exceptional from the start. My flat was clean and furnished beautifully when I moved in. There was an issue with my hot water and heating not working along with some minor repairs that had to be done. I contacted my property manager Sharon and she was able to get it sorted out for me in a timely manner. She is one of the most positive, personable and caring person I have met. She followed up with me regularly and gave me updates on my situation as well as getting the repairmen out to my flat asap. Massive thank you to Sharon and Nathan for making my move a very pleasant experience. I could not be happier with my new flat.

Although we had some issues with Folio they were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Agata was fantastic at sorting out a recent complaint and was always very professional, polite and quick to reply to emails. Our previous property manager Alice was also great at replying quickly and getting any issues sorted quickly. We absolutely loved the flat we rented and would have stayed if able to! The flats are beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the time there.

Fantastic experience of moving during a pandemic!

We unexpectedly had to move out in the middle of the pandemic after 7 years in the same place. To avoid being in a situation like this again, I sought out renting from a professional organisation as opposed to an individual landlord. Folio had the best portfolio of properties at reasonable prices and we wanted to stay within the Bow/Stratford area so we sent an enquiry on a property in Stratford Halo. We recieved a response from Matt O'Neill within 24 hours sending floor plans and videos for suitable flats in the development. One in particular was perfect and we set up a viewing the next day. Within a couple of days we had put down the holding fee and began the referencing process. The only snag along the way was the referencing process, as my partner being on furlough led to some additional questions and a weekend in between caused some delays but aside from this, even this process was paperless and seamless. Our requested move in date wasn't for another month but there was no issue with this and the flat was emptied of all furniture for our move in date. The check in agent who did inventory was extremely thorough and took us through every little fault in the flat so we could rest assured we knew what we weren't responsible for. Any faults are minor - the flat is in impeccable condition!We have only been here a few weeks but already are so impressed with the flat, the systems and structures set up within Folio - we had an issue with a tap that we reported on friday and had fixed by Monday! Mark our property manager is very responsive, despite my many questions! Also massive thanks to Matt O'Neill for everything - he didn't waste our time showing us properties anywhere other than where we wanted and was so responsive to my many, many questions!We look forward to a long period of renting with Folio!

Great moving in experience with Regan

Viewing and organising the letting agreements with Regan was a fairly smooth process. Any queries we had regarding the property were well explained and he had even communicated with me after work hours on one occasion! Very professional service on his part. The flat was finished and cleaned to a professional standard when we moved in, and the check in agent was very helpful in giving us all the details on the meters and the working of the building. There are a few minor defects in the flat, though nothing that would cause concern, and overall we are very happy with the whole process and our lovely flat!Regan (the lettings negotiator) has even checked up on us after we moved in to see if everything is OK, and I must say that I appreciate this level of customer service and hope it continues with the property manager.
