Beautifully maintained flat & Outstanding service provided by Sofiane

I recently had the pleasure of staying in a beautifully maintained flat where the experience was truly exceptional. The space was clean, well-equipped, and had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. What made the stay even more memorable was the outstanding service provided by Sofiane. He was incredibly attentive, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. From the moment I arrived, Sofiane made me feel at home, offering helpful tips and addressing any needs promptly. I couldn't have asked for a better host, and I highly recommend this flat to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Nice place to stay in East London

Place was clean and as described. Location very close to trains, which made getting around easy. Felt safe in neighborhoods and a few good places to eat within walking distance. Customer service was great, with Ralph answering every question in a very timely manner. Will definitely use this company again.

We got scam by this company

We booked an apartment in Algiers, but when we arrived, it turned out to be a complete scam. We tried calling the numbers listed on the website, but none of them was real. When we emailed to ask for the flat's address, they asked for insurance before revealing the location, and eventually, the person we were in contact with stopped responding altogether. My family had to wait for hours after we arrived until I was able to find another place to stay through Airbnb. I would advise avoiding their service, as you're likely to get scammed.

Dangerous company stay well clear

I booked on booking.com an apartment for 3 weeks. It said ‘chelsea apartments’ so I assumed a nice block in Chelsea. Photos looked great. When I arrived I discovered it was in a council estate. Nothing in the apartment worked. We couldnt bathe there for 3 weeks. When we used the oven a chemical smoke came out so we could not use it and could only use microwave. There were two balconies with no locks and so kids could just go out. When we continually complained we were offered £200 compensation. I have been trying and trying to speak to management and they just wont. It is appalling. The first 3 days we couldnt even stay there due to all the problems. Whole thing was a con. Never ever use an apartment by flex living. You could actually endanger your family

I recently stayed at The Victoria Flat…

I recently stayed at The Victoria Flat and had a wonderful experience! The flat was beautifully decorated and clean. The location was perfect, just a short walk from great restaurants and Victoria Train Station. I felt safe inside and when accessing the flat. Sarah and Lucas were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process smooth. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient stay. I can’t wait to return!

Perfect Rental in the heart of Wembly Park

We had a delightful stay at this Airbnb for the month of June. I will be honest, Despite having read some negative feedback about the Flex Living operation at some other locations when we booked our rental through booking.com, our experience was wonderful. The company was quick to address any issues we reported upon check-in, ensuring they were fixed promptly. They were also very helpful with assisting us in retrieving some items we had left behind after check out!Communication was smooth and efficient, especially over WhatsApp which is popular in UK. Linda, in particular, was extremely polite and made sure our stay in London was fantastic. We truly appreciated her attentiveness and dedication to our comfort.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and are looking forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended, especially if you are attending an event at Wembly.

Central Road, Morden

I recently stayed at Central Road, Morden. The property is located approximately 10 min walk to Morden tube station, and about a 15 min walk to Morden South train station. There’s a Sainsbury’s Local 2 mins walk up the road, plus newsagents, cafe and a couple of take away places right opposite. The property was clean, and all bed linen and towels were provided for my two-week stay. It has a shared bathroom and kitchen (between 4 flats within the property) and has a washing machine, but no tumble dryer. You can hang your clothes outside on the line in the small back garden though. My room (flat 4) was small, but had a comfy double bed, so was fine for one person. Flats 1 and 2 were both larger, so would be better for 2 people. If you’re looking for a 4/5 star hotel room, then this property isn’t for you. If you want a clean and quiet place to stay, then this should be ideal for your needs.Shout out to Linda from Flex Living customer service, who was quick to respond to any queries I had too.

Bedding situation disappointing

The location is great, supermarket nearby and easy access to London city centre. Loved that it had an ensuite and additional toilet and bathroom for kids.We booked for family of 6, living room has no sofa bed, the other very small single fold out bed is not straight and not comfortable at all it sort of slopes down, my other son slept on the couch for the 6 nights it wasn’t comfortable at all. There is no room for the air mattress so kids had to sleep on couches, they could do better by investing in a good sofa bed or avoid accomodating 6!I hated having to travel 5to10minutes with Uber to collect keys!! On the morning we were checking out at 6:30 and owners were not answering the phone, we went to key drop off address and it was locked, nearly missed our flight. They could have answered my phone or should at least have instructions for those checking out out of business hrs or at least specify what time the supermarket opens and what to do if it’s closed, I wasted my Uber money and time going to drop keys when the shop was closed. Didn’t like how humid the ensuite bathroom gets and the apartment smells when u walk in .My sheet in ensuite had a stain which looked like urine stain. I just changed it as they had spare clean sheets I couldn’t be bothered contacting them as they had already taken my non refundable money

Passable.

My contact Lamyae was great. The accommodation was okay - the space is nice but the couch was broken, and the mattress and pillows were extremely low quality. If it weren't for the bed I would have given 4 stars, priced a bit high for what you get at the moment.

Scam company, multiple court cases

Scam company. Trying to scam landlords, not paying rent and then demanding 30k to just get property back. Multiple court cases ongoing from landlords like myself to get possession. Threatening landlords with legal jargon like "criminal offence", without a shred of backing or evidence. Avoiding all accountability over email so they don't get trapped in court. Even committing business fraud by setting up offices in residential homes without permission. Multiple tenants of theirs found to be handling drugs inside the apartments.

I’d give no star if that were an option. Worst customer service ever, worst apartment ever, pretty expensive for the dump I was sent to. Good pictures, unfortunately the place looks nothing like it. The apartment was freezing cold, I had no hot water, and it wasn’t clean, but pretty gross.. Paint was chipping off half torn off wallpaper, mould and scum in the shower, a very unpleasant smell from the bathroom couldn’t be ignored throughout the entire place. So disappointing especially after they messed up the already unnecessarily complicated check in process and gave me the wrong address for picking up the keys. The customer service team actually hung up on me. I will NEVER book with this company again and neither should you.. Lots of sorrys, very little action..

Overall it's still a good stay.

Pos: The location is very convenient with good network of public transportation and supermarkets. The room is clean and spacious. Lamyae has been helpful and responsive and provide detailed instructions for my check-out. Neg:1. I was advised to collect the keys from another location after failure to get them from the first location as per check-in instructions. It's not far away but I had to take two big luggages after a long-haul flight. But the host did respond quickly to provide correct location. 2. The entrance to the property and backyard outside are lack of maintenance.3. Renovation workers (and maybe also neighbor upstairs) created a lot of noises during the day, and even during some nights and weekends.4. One evening I got some troubles with my keys to open and lock the doors. I was able to sort it out so I didn't report to the host. It's very strange that I got message the next day that someone would come to fix them (and also the lighting problems in the living room that I didn't report).

Further to my previous review, I wish to elaborate on the additional misleading practices that exacerbated our negative experience with Flex Living during our intended stay at The Paddington Collection from May 10th to May 18th, 2024. Initially drawn by the advertised essential elevator access for my family including two infants and a toddler, we quickly found ourselves grossly misled about both the facilities and the condition of the property. After paying approximately £1700, instructions provided revealed the elevator only serviced up to the third floor, with the unit on the fourth and only capable of holding one person at a time. Upon discovering this, I immediately communicated our critical need for proper elevator access. The alternative accommodations offered were utterly inadequate, one was a basement unit with no elevator access, and another was inconveniently far from our needed location. Despite expressing significant concerns, the property manager assured us that our accommodation needs would be met upon arrival. However, upon arrival, we discovered the elevator was completely non-functional, a fact that had been known for some time, as confirmed by both a technician and other residents but never communicated to us. This left the property utterly inaccessible. Further compounding our frustration was that the photos displayed online did not accurately portray the real setting of the property, misleading us further. Forced to return the keys immediately and incur an additional £2900 in expenses for last-minute accommodations, I raised these issues with Flex Living. In response, they offered a mere 25% refund and requested that I remove my initial negative review. Their exact words from their supervisor Belle were: "As a token of our sincere apology, we would like to offer you a 25% refund on your recent purchase. In return, we kindly request that you consider removing your recent review and signing a termination agreement." This response is not only insufficient but also insulting, considering the significant inconvenience and financial burden caused by their negligence. I strongly advise against booking with Flex Living. Their false advertising, misleading photos, failure to communicate significant facility issues, and inadequate resolution efforts highlight a company that lacks integrity and respect for its customers. Such disregard for genuine customer service and accountability is profoundly disappointing and should serve as a caution to anyone considering their services.

🚨DO NOT RENT A FLAT FROM THIS…

🚨DO NOT RENT A FLAT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!🚨This company doesn’t even warrant a star!! The company is a complete joke! Day 1 we arrive, the shower in the master bathroom is broken. The bath in the second bedroom is also broken and leaks. They mentioned they would get someone round, it took 5 days. We have had to use friends houses to wash every morning and every evening. The maintenance man that came round then said he can’t fix it needs to order parts, we were then promised it would take 2 days for the parts, 4 days later the parts come but the shower is past fixing all the tiles need to come off. Bath is still leaking and we still can’t wash in a flat that we have spent £3000 for 18 days. I have made over 20 calls and emails a day to try and get this fixed or some sort of reimbursement and nothing!!The worst part is we still have over a week left in this place! What ever you do don’t rent a flat from this company. All you will get is we apologise for the inconvenience.

Avoid at all costs for landlords! A disaster!

I rented my flat to flex living- what a disaster! Things started ok, but as time went on, things became very difficult with gaining access and they refused to fix or pay for items their short term tenants broke. They also claimed to rent to long term corporate rentals, which isn’t the case. Eventually, when the lease was over, they refused to leave, asking for £30K to leave. After spending thousands in solicitor fees, they finally agreed to leave. I have now had thousands of additional expenses to fix the flat and get it back to a decent standard. I know of 20+ landlords that have experienced different versions of this behavior, including stopping rent payments to many.

Flex living

Was renting an apartment with flex living for my workation with my family. Service was great ! Great communication , very details explanations and instruction on how to use heating and emergency situations ! Absolutely loved place , was as described ! I would like to thank Lamyae for help in out of working hours ! My only suggestion is , that you could put few tea bags and may be a water filter just for your customers who arriving either very early or late , so on arrival they could enjoy a cup of tea or a glass of water , and again it’s just my opinion. It was a pleasant experience ! Thank you , will definitely comeback !

Worst service and places for the price we paid. They contacted us less than 1 week before arriving saying there was a leak or something in the shower so we needed to go to a different apartment “an upgrade” - i asked for pics of the new place and they never sent. Also because of that we had to pick up 2 different keys in 2 different places for the apartments + drops offs! The pick up and drop off is very out of the way and far from the apartment- so very inconvenient! Then we arrived to the 1 apartment (which was an “upgrade “ and just disgusting!!! Very bad neighbourhood, far from where we were staying originally and the house itself was pretty bad. Mattress was insanely uncomfortable (you could feel the wires sooo bad). It was so bad that we decided to leave and no stay! Emailed them and they didn’t care nor reply!!!! DO NOT STAY WITH THEM! Will not recommend them at all

The company posts fake jobs on Linkedin…

The company posts fake jobs on Linkedin without any intention to hire anyone. Dumb applicants (me included) waste time completing their assignments (several hours of work). Flex just trying to get exposure and attention and perhaps convince investors they are doing fine. Very scummy practice that should not go unnoticed.

Awful, shameless scam artists

As so many other people have said, this is clearly a fraudulent, scam organisation. I saw a beautiful 2-bedroom flat online, arranged a viewing - and when I got there, it was not only a COMPLETELY different flat, but it was dark, damp and dirty. I phoned to let them know, and the same excuses I've read elsewhere came out. First they tried to convince me it was the SAME flat!!! And then excuses about confusion with other agencies etc etc.I have NO idea how they can function at all. Who is going to turn up to a viewing, be shown a completely different, disgusting flat and agree to move in?! I read the reviews, gave them the benefit of the doubt and had this experience with them. Please learn from my experience and avoid this company. Don't waste your time, and legitimise them with your attention. The letting market is awful in London right now, but these people are clearly banking on peoples' desperation and frustration.

The worst experience ever

I have the same awful experience. 3 days before my arrival they called me and told that my st Katherine Collection appartment have surprise-surpise a "plumbing issue". They have offered other appt for 1 night. This was awful appt: unclean, the bed was broken, old furniture, etc. For the next day I moved to the appt I initally booked. The info about it was misleading as well. It was advised cozy appt for 2 adults and 2 children. In reality one guest should use inflatable bed... 3 days before checking out the Internet was disconnected. The worst customer service team. Not worth the money I spent. Still waiting for the refund.

A Nightmare Experience

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Flex Living, and the entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. From misleading information to abysmal customer service, this company has managed to disappoint at every turn.First and foremost, the information provided on the listing was misleading. The descriptions and specifications are vague, leaving customers to make decisions based on incomplete or inaccurate details. This lack of transparency is not only frustrating but also feels like a deliberate attempt to deceive buyers. The real nightmare begins when you attempt to reach out to their customer service. It's like trying to communicate with a brick wall. My numerous attempts to get clarification on small things were frustrating. Emails went unanswered. It's astonishing how a company can be so indifferent to customer inquiries. What's even more infuriating is their complete lack of accountability. I submitted a query regarding a compensation, and it has been more than 14 days without any response. It's as if they have no regard for their customers once they've made money through them. This level of negligence is inexcusable and reflects a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. In conclusion, if you're looking for a headache-inducing experience, then Flex Living is the perfect choice. Their misleading information, poor customer service, and blatant disregard for customer inquiries make them a company to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere for your accommodation needs.
