Fine & Country Chiswick recently help us achieve over asking price on our property in Shepherds Bush and we could not have been happier with the service we received. The initial process was clearly explained, Harry put together a stunning brochure which showed the house in the best possible light and lined up more viewings than we thought were possible, he was excellent and was always there if we had any questions and to keep us up to date with progress. Once we accepted the offer Alice took over and was incredible, she kept pushing all parties along though the buying process and was on top of every detail. She could not have made getting the sale over the line an easier for us. A huge thank you to the whole team, I would highly recommend.

What a diva!

What a diva! F&C operate a franchised company and so you are at the mercy of independents but lured by fancy advertising and excessive costs. And therein lies the issue, if the going gets tough….. Clara worked hard, no doubt, but when the going got tough, in a hissy fit, she incorrectly accused me of withholding pertinent facts, and she privately contacted my solicitor, which I found incredible seeing as she had sold an appartment a few doors down the month before! Very disappointed. Not to be recommended.

Professional, courteous, responsive and super helpful at all times. While not as well known in Shepherds Bush, that didn't matter. They know HOW to sell houses. They came up with a plan, they communicated at all stages throughout the process and the sale was a quick and painless experience. If you are thinking of moving, I'd highly recommend them.
