GoogleAVOID AVOID! We rented with FJLord for the last year, whilst move in and our tenancy was fine, it has been 2 MONTHS since we moved out and they are withholding our deposit - radio silence from FJLord - they are stealing our money with no update as to when it will be returned! - Abhorrent communication from SpicerHaart who manage the deposits - AVOID AT ALL COSTS - completely unacceptable.

Terrible service. When we got the flat it was dirty and there were dead flies everywhere. The oven was broken we had to fix it ourselves. They said they were gonna fix the bathroom, it’s been a month and they still haven’t done anything about it. They got their money upfront and they don’t care about any of our problems now. Would not recommend. Do not get involved with them.

Worst service I have ever seen in my life…. I had c section 4 months ago and since my delivery im calling the company and sending emails for the replacement of mattress but nothing happened yet… even after the visit of the company representative…

Stay away from them at any cost! They don’t even deserve one star! They gave me the flat extremely dirty despite the fact I wrote in my offer that the flat must be professionally cleaned before my move in date! There are 1000 problems in the house but they don’t even look at those! They simply ignore your Emails and calls and leave you with all the faults in the house! The staffs are irresponsible and rude! Honestly if you want peace and comfort in your new home, don’t be with them!
