TrustpilotRefusal to do essential repairs
We moved into our property 4 months ago.The property was not remotely clean, many items were leftover from the previous tenants, and half the blinds in the property were missing or broken. These are still not resolved.We then experienced an issue with the hot water and the en suite shower. Felicity J Lord considered these issues to be "non-urgent" and did not make any attempt to fix them. As I write this review, it has been 35 days and a contractor has still not been organised to even look at the issue.Throughout this time, Felicity J Lord has consistently played down the seriousness of the issues with the property and attempted at all times to avoid communication.I have never received such a poor experience from a letting agency before Felicity J Lord.

GoogleI had a hard time trying to book a view of a letting property with them. Finally, they contacted me but the property was already gone.
Dear Pete sorry to hear no one in the branch contacted you after making contact three times to book a viewing on a property. Would you mind giving me a call Martin Lawes Branch partner of the sales team on 02074818811. If you could confirm the address of the property you was enquiring about and whether the property was for you to buy or rent, so I can deal with the matter and make sure this doesn't happen again? It very unusual for a member of the team not to contact you after three attempts. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Blackheath branch - they literally only care about commission and do not care about your concerns. The lack of regard I experienced and the inconvenience and stress caused I will NEVER forgive or forget. Estate agents are usually economical with the truth, but this was beyond spiteful and ridiculous. I'm currently waiting for a refund and my contract to be voided.
