First time using FJL Bow to let my property and it will not be the last time. The team are fantastic. They are really helpful and quick to respond and get issues sorted as quickly as possible which is exactly what you need. They managed to get viewings quickly and secured tenants within a few days. A stellar service, even without considering a worldwide pandemic.2nd time I've used those guys, will be returning again. And they have a web portal, which tracks all the paperwork and actions, so they get additional points on that too.

This happened in August - they still have not returned the money to him or responded to my emails/callsLandlords - they owe me over £6,000 of commission erroneously charged.They have ignored emails and phone calls Utterly incompetent and dishonest.

I won't recommend to use them.Poor communication and bad management.They give you different numbers to call, re-directing you, absolving themselves of all responsibilityIt often takes weeks, and endless emails and calls to get an answer including giving updates and paying deposit back.
