Absolutely shocking service in the Canada Water branch. Ignored endless phone calls and emails regarding a bathroom leak, finally after responding two months later they made up claims about the delay being the landlords fault, however they had no answer for why they couldn't answer the service phone number or respond to their emails. Staff will do no work and make up excuses of 'being snowed under' - I've let properties from several agents in the past without any issues, these guys at the Canada Water branch are just purely incompetent. They didn't even know what type of deposit we had!Avoid at all costs.

Felicity J Lord is the worst letting agent ever. Their incompetent team are never in the office, don't answer their phones and ignore your emails, even when it's about something urgent such as a leaking sink or broken toilet. We have been passed from agent to agent seemingly with no handover between team members because none of them seem to know anything about our property. They have spent their money on company cars that have their naff branding all over the side rather than on hiring smart individuals and focussing on customer needs. Avoid at all costs otherwise you'll be left with broken household items for weeks on end.

First of all, I was able to find a house that met my requirements, in the preferred area, within only a couple of days. Secondly, Lee was particularly helpful, and understanding of the fact I was travelling from abroad, and therefore unavailable via conventional means. Lee was also well informed about the property I ended up choosing, as well as all the others that he had proposed to me.

Sales service - excellent: quick responses, very knowledgable and aware of everything that was going on with our property.Management service - satisfactory: usually they have been great with regards to managing our property over the past few years, however there have been several times when there have been no responses/updates regarding completion of something or delays occurring for whatever reason, etc.I would have given a 5 star review if the communication and updates expected when speaking to the team were improved and I didn't feel like I regularly had to chase for a progress status.

The service was better than most interactions I had with other agencies recently and to a large part because if the agent I worked with. The agent was supper friendly and helpful, listened to exactly what I was looking for and made an effort to try to only show me these and did not try to force a property on me and pressure me to sign within seconds of seeing the flat. He would also would check in and update on any of the request I had. Over all was very pleased with the service and would recommend and my agent Ilya and Felicity for anyone thinking of finding the right place.
