The work of Martin and Danielle on the sale of my flat has been exceptional throughout. From getting myself and my wife a price for the property well beyond our initial expectations to the service throughout the sale process Martin and Danielle have been superb. They kept us up to speed on all developments and put pressure on both sets of solicitors to get the job done. I would heartily recommend them to anyone and would use them again for any future sale. Felicity J Lord came highly recommended to me by a neighbour who has used their letting services for years. From the outset, I was very impressed with the high level of service from the manager David McCooke (this was in sharp contrast to another local lettings agent who visited my property and was sneering and patronising.) David and his team (especially Anett) worked extremely hard to find the right tenants for my flat, they provided regular feedback and negotiated effectivley and fairly for all concerned. At all times they were polite, positive and always responded to emails very promptly. On the paperwork side, the documentation was explained and prepared thoroughly. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have found this company and although this is still early days in terms of my Let, I would recommend David and his team as exemplary in their profession.

Just liars and typical sales tactics!

They advertise properties at one price and give a sales pitch about the landlord accepting profiles however just go with the highest offer. I went to view a property that I fell in love with and put in a significantly high offer which was accepted straight away. After getting miscommunication about the bills, I reduced my offer at the sales agents advice and the landlord accepted the next highest offer. The sales agents do not call you back when it has no benefit to them and the advice they give on properties are incorrect! Very disappointed as I lost out on a wonderful property.

Really quite poor.

Really quite poor.These guys have been unorganised and unprofessional from day 1. The referencing procedure is frustratingly complicated and will require a guarantor to be contacted and then in addition to this the estate agent will contact the boss of your guarantor despite having received bank statements, payslips and job contract. Even after this tedious, ball-aching process and we had move into our flat, we continually receive postal letters claiming that payments hadn't been made. The reality is that every payment had been sent on time but the estate agent loves to put your rent in a 'holding account' and waits until you reach out to them to check. First time they blamed the reference not being exactly as they require....but the other times, after knowing this information and sending the money with a reference to the precision they require, still carelessly throw some of the money in their holding account and send letters claiming payments need to be made. Began communicating with our landlord directly whom mutually agrees the incompetence of this company, Futility J Long.
