Brilliant service form the whole team at Estates 17. Wanting to move quickly, we rented our house instead of selling. Estates17 are brilliant and defy your pre-conceptions of estate agents. I bought through them, which was a great experience, however it was when I was selling through another estate agent that Estates17 were just amazing. I was having a difficult time and Jamie gave me such honest and helpful advice, several times, that wasn’t in his interest just genuinely trying to help me. It was down to him that we stuck it out and got the sale through (and again, not with Estates 17 so no money in it for them!).

I bought my house 6 years ago and was lucky to have found Estates 17. As first time buyers, they were very supportive and straightforward, easing what is normally quite a stressful process. After renovating it and enjoying it, it was time for a new horizon. I promised myself to use Estates 17 for the sale, and they proved again how efficient and professional they are. Jaime Bernstein started the process, then handed over to Joel for the sale, and Ashleigh and Becky for the admin: they were all amazing and made my life easy. They found the right buyers, and the communication was also fluid, conducting the process with integrity. Having seen both sides as buyer and seller, I can only recommend Estates 17.

I cannot recommend estates 17 enough when it comes to buying a house or selling your house. Jamie did absolutely everything within his power to make sure our purchase went through. They said it couldn’t be done, but jamie made it happen. He went above and beyond and I genuinely believe any other estate agent would have given up on our particularly difficult chain. Terrible estate agents, avoid at all costs! They actually got the address of the flat (Flat A vs Flat B) wrong in the listing and the email trail, which meant we had to apply for a mortgage again after we'd already been approved! Then they aggressively pressured us, accusing us of taking too long, but it was their mistake that totally held up the process (we had our paperwork in place prior to the error). They never apologised for the clear mess-up on their part, their mistake was easily proven by referring to the email trail. I'm sure the seller wasn't happy the process took twice as long either. Really shockingly inept, don't work with them you can help it.

Outstanding service. Our sale was quick and seamless and Charlie & Ciara did a great job of managing viewings with us with two little ones. Despite the market we got a great offer and we so pleased with their advice along the way. I really wish I could give Estates East 5 *. The team are all competent and friendly, but we have had some major structural issues with our rental. Sewage keeps coming up into our garden, and for some reason, they are unable to fix the issue. We have had 5 + plumber visits now. Because of the property management structure they have in place. In my 8 years of renting in London, this is the most unsanitary and unsafe living position I have been in, and the most expensive

A friend of mine was just telling me about a bad experience with an estate agent and it reminded me how LUCKY we are with Estates 17! They've been great as letting agents for the rental we live in. We've not managed to buy with them yet, but they've been really patient and supportive with us with viewings and offers. They give a bespoke and tailored service, akin to the approach in the States where they work to match buyers with the right homes, as well as having the sellers interests at the forefront of mind.
