I sold a shared ownership property with Estates17 and they knew exactly what to do. Jamie and Ryan replied to my questions straight away and were really well organised. The viewings were organised in a way that was safe and I felt that the covid precautions taken went above and beyond the guidelines. They made sure that the viewings were carried out in a professional and safe way. Once we had an offer we had help from Becky. The sale of my property was not straight forward. I can not fault Estates 17 in selling my property in Walthamstow. Jamie Bernstein from Estates17 pretty much single-handedly dealt with every stage of our sale. He is an absolute gem in the property industry. He sold our house in less than 3 months with completion a week away despite the time frame including December which is a tedious time to sell due to the approaching holidays. I can highly recommend Estates17 and particularly Jamie Bernstein at the agency. We first met Jamie in February 16 when we were dissing out the market but due to a related sale we're not in a position to move. Nonetheless Jamie kept in constant touch to keep the lines of communication open and its was without hesitation I chose Jamie to sell my property this year when the time was right. I thought I had found my first home through Engleharts. I was weeks away from completing the purchases when I discovered that construction of two apartments were going to be built on top of what was meant to be my apartment. This would be a year long process with a skip outside my window and the entire street turned into a construction site. I was not told this by Engleharts, I had to find this out myself through the town planning site. At this point I had paid for solicitors and surveyors which cost me thousands of pounds. Not to mention the months of admin, paper work involved. Incredibly disappointing experience, do not recommend.
