GoogleI can’t recommend estates east enough. We had rented through them for the last two years in which they constantly delivered an impeccable service. Jade, Millie and Isabella were always available for any issues arising and were polite, efficient and always happy to help.

GoogleCharlie and Becky were fantastic throughout the sale of our Warner flat. We immediately felt at ease after Charlie’s valuation and felt like we were in safe hands throughout the whole process. They even helped ease nerves during some tricky moments with our buyers. Would definitely recommend Estates East to anyone selling in Walthamstow.

We had difficulties on completion day and Becky was incredible getting the chain moved. I would recommend them to anyone buying or selling in Walthamstow!

GoogleVery impressed with our recent experience of purchasing our first home through Estates East. Unlike with some other agents, the viewing process did not feel rushed and we were able to spend a lot of time looking around the property. Ryan dealt with our offer, and communicated brilliantly during the process- we really appreciated that it was not straight to sealed bids. We communicated mostly with Michelle about our sales progression - she was very helpful and proactive as soon as she learned we were having issues with the enquiries. Overall a great service from Estates East, we would happily use them again.

GoogleHelpful, efficient and friendly! I've used Estates 17 services quite a few times now, as a landlord, and they always find me excellent tenants. Neil is a really nice bloke and his staff are nice too and I'm usually not a huge fan of estate agents. I really do recommend them.

GoogleAdam, Mirko and Zoe were great when I was renting my new flat. From arranging a last minute viewing to keeping me up to date about my offer, they were professional, efficient and helpful. And all when they were supposed to be off for the Bank Holiday weekend!

GoogleEstates 17 were brilliant. We sold our flat through them this month and from the outset they weren't too salesy, it felt more consultative. Michael was great, as was Rebecca when the sale started to go through. Really on the ball and kept us informed throughout. Highly recommend.

GoogleWe cannot fault the amazing team at Estates East who guided us expertly through our sale process. In particular, Charlie and Ciara, who coordinated viewings and offers and provided valuable insighs; Becky who dealt with the sales progression matters and was always available and responsive; and Ashley, administrator extraordinaire, who kept on top on the paperwork at all times. We are super happy with all the hard work they did - they always made us feel like we were their most important clients. Highly recommended.

GoogleBought a flat in the village from Estates17 about 5 years ago. Really good service from Mirko at the time. Since then I've moved out and had to lease it out. Naturally we went back to Estates 17 to manage the property. Zero complaints from us. Mirko has done an excellent job finding and vetting tenants. The management team, Lauren and Co, have been really helpful and immediately on things when problems have arisen (whether a big problem like a leak, or something small, like getting quotes for a tenant's request).PositiveQuality
