He was really attentive, polite and thoughtful in the way he organised viewings and answering my questions that was unlike other estate agents I have interacted with. Even though I did not end up choosing a place with Ernest-Brooks I would highly recommend them.

GoogleAbsolutely terrible and non-professional. Took my 2000£ deposit and gave it to the seller. No refund of deposit when the search came back with potential problems with the property. Please avoid.
Thank you for leaving a review Hoang. You paid a £2,000 deposit to the sellers solicitor, this was agreed so that the seller evicted his tenants of 4 years because you wanted to be in the property within a certain timeline. The seller served notice on his tenants as per your demand than 4 weeks into the sale you withdrew as you found another property that you prefer. The seller had already evicted his tenants legally who had found alternative accommodation so he couldn't go back on this. The seller lost his tenants and had a vacant property for a month losing £3,600 rent alongside fees to find new tenants. As per your signed terms of business the seller retains the £2,000 deposit you placed as you pulled out of the sale for your own reasons. Ernest-Brooks make no benefit from this so feel your review is rathe unfair considering you paid the sellers solicitor not us and withdrew on your own accord. We suggest you are certain you wish to proceed with the next purchase you make especially if you are evicting long standing tenants leaving a seller/landlord at financial loss!

Fortunately, shortly after starting the search, I came across a posting managed by Bradley and Maciej of Ernest Brooks. Both of them were courteous, efficient and helpful. Highly recommended, especially in a town that can be as difficult as London.
