I was supported throughout the process with regular contact which demonstrated the team were on it and focused on my sale. Since I was moving from abroad to the UK the agency required that I had a guarantor or that I paid 6 months upfront. Would not agree on any other solutions like setting the security deposit to x3 or x5.Not very friendly or flexible at all. Would not recomment.
