Both times the chain collapsed and had to be rebuilt- Ellisons were fantastic at guiding us through the process, helping to rebuild the chains and making sure that everything ran smoothly in the end. Phoned Friday regarding a property, was told it was available and I could get a viewing on Monday. I told the woman on the phone if anyone else is interested, phone me and I will put a deposit down to secure it. Phoned Monday morning was told I will get a viewing at mid day. Phoned Back on midday regarding my missed appointment and was told the property has been took and she informed me by email. No email had been sent and no phone call to secure the property as promised. Joke.
