GoogleRob Barnard at the Raynes Park branch of Ellisons was extremely helpful in helping us find a property and managed to focus our search on exactly what we needed and found us a great property that was perfect for us. He was available to answer queries throughout the process and everything went very smoothly. Having dealt with numerous other estate agents, I can say that we would highly recommend Ellisons in SW20 ..and wish we had gone there to start off with.

GoogleVery satisfied with their handling of the sale of my flat. First Rowan then subsequently Rob found several serious potential buyers with a sale agreed within two months of the flat going on the market. I had to come down a little from the initial asking price but that is normal. Also I was not living in the area at the time so left the keys with Ellisons for them to manage everything thus saving me the hassle of having to make frequent trips to London. Rob also found me a very good local man to help with the flat clearance.
