GoogleEllisons were great in their handling of my first home purchase. Elliot showed great resourcefulness and diligence throughout the purchase and made my life as a first time buyer much easier. It must be said the wider team within Ellisons were also very helpful in assisting in the completion stage. Overall, a very good Estate Agents that should be acknowledged when considering buying a home.
Thank you very much James, we are pleased to hear you were happy with Elliott and the teams customer service. Congratulations on purchasing your first home, we are hope you are settling in well to the local area.

GoogleDue to reasons out with our / Ellisons control, our property purchase took seven LONG months. However, over that period Darshil (Ellisons) was very attentive, always willing to chase a response from the Seller etc and he was very easy to deal with. Would use them again and recommend them.
Thank you Greg.

GoogleWe didn't buy our house with Ellisons in the end, but the knowledge and advice shared by Bruce on a viewing was worthy of a review. Most helpful estate agent (about the property we were viewing) that we came across in a long process of house purchasing. Thanks.

GoogleI would totally recommend the Ellisons Raynes Park Branch. Bruce and Rob worked tirelessly and professionally in getting our difficult sale over the line. These would be the only agents I would use if selling in the Merton area again. Full marks all round.

GooglePurchased our house through Ellisons, Raynes Park. Rob and Darshil worked very hard to find us the right property, even insisting that we view our eventual new home when we were not initially interested. Their knowledge of the local area / market is unparalleled and they acted professionally throughout.

GoogleRob Barnard at the Raynes Park branch of Ellisons was extremely helpful in helping us find a property and managed to focus our search on exactly what we needed and found us a great property that was perfect for us. He was available to answer queries throughout the process and everything went very smoothly. Having dealt with numerous other estate agents, I can say that we would highly recommend Ellisons in SW20 ..and wish we had gone there to start off with.

GoogleVery satisfied with their handling of the sale of my flat. First Rowan then subsequently Rob found several serious potential buyers with a sale agreed within two months of the flat going on the market. I had to come down a little from the initial asking price but that is normal. Also I was not living in the area at the time so left the keys with Ellisons for them to manage everything thus saving me the hassle of having to make frequent trips to London. Rob also found me a very good local man to help with the flat clearance.
