Was liaising with Lizzie from EJ Harris in getting my accommodation sorted. During the process, she had helped and made the transition to my new apartment a very smooth and efficient one; right from arranging the viewings, to explaining the procedures/getting the reference checks all in order, to getting my keys and moving in. She has made it a very pleasant experience for me, this being my first time in London. To add on, she was indeed very responsive throughout the whole process and I would definitely recommend her in the future. Thank you!

Lizzie and her team are incredibly conscientious and a joy to work with as managing agents. From start to finish, our tenancy has been straight-forward and any questions we had were promptly answered. Compared to the larger London agencies, I find EJ Harris a breath of fresh air to work with!

EJ Harris have been very helpful in helping us find a new rental property in Central London. They have been good and quick communicators and through their liaison with the landlord and previous tenants have helped to get us through the door speedily and smoothly. A good experience! Thanks Again

I'm getting in touch with one of their agents trying to arrange a viewing for a property. A girl wich I don't remember her name calls me back eventually and tells me that she is going to be at the property a specific time on Monday. She also agrees to send me a video of the property "right away" that she obviously never did. Tried to get back to her asking politely that I could really use the video since I have a pretty much full schedule so that would save us some time. She read the message, never replied. Tried to call their office again, a secretary of some sort told me that they will give me a call back, some hours later still nothing. Tried to email them again as the time of the supposed viewing was close to confirm that but they never responded. Most ignorant and disrespectful people I have ever saw in my letting experience. Completely avoid.

EJ Harris have been a total pleasure to work with from start to finish. Lizzie helped us find a perfect home and was consistently responsive and accommodating of all of our needs. Moving home can be stressful at the best of times especially during Covid times, and I feel very thankful that Lizzie helped us navigate this time with ease and wonderfully good humour. An estate agent with a very personable touch (hard to find!) I couldn't recommend working with EJ Harris and Lizzie more.

EJ Harris is a top quality and professional real estate agency and management company. We rented a flat through them and service was top quality, with great customer care. Claudia Gal, the property manager responsible for our flat, was exceptional and super responsive throughout our tenancy. Every request was taken care on the same day, always exceeding what we asked. Every small issue we had with the he flat was promptly and fully addressed. Highly recommend agency with competent, kind and professional people.
