We initially contacted her about another flat in the same building, and she suggested viewing others that were not yet ready to advertise - allowing us to secure our current flat without the usual London rental competition! She has remained in regular contact for any queries we have and enabled a straightforward referencing and contract process.

GoogleWe had such a smooth experience with EJ Harris when finding and signing on our current tenancy. Lizzie was so friendly and supportive when communicating our conditions to the landlord. We haven’t experienced this personalised service elsewhere, and would highly recommend using them.

GoogleSpoke to Wong on the phone to get a update on a deposit refund, he was very rude and very aggressive over the phone , started to shout and started to make comments like “ don’t contact me I don’t have your deposit”. “ if you wanted your deposit earlier you should of left early”. My advice is if you call and Wong picks up , please hang up and try again as his customer service skills are terrible. He hanged up the phone around 3 times and refused to give his name when he was told that his name is needed for complaint. Very aggressive over the phone to.

GoogleLizzie is literally an angel to us. We were so desperate to find a house as my partner was moving out with me during pandemic. We were denied multiple times from other landlords but lizzie find a way to help us. She was very responsive and helpful. Even after the pandemic she helped us negotiate to our landlords. As both new to tenancy she helped us by giving suggestions on how to setup utilities, even though it wasn’t her job. We really appreciate all her help and care for the past three years we rented this flat. We never had one problem with everyone. They went out of their way to fit the flat to the life we needed it to be. Nothing but gratitude. Will def miss everyone.

GoogleI’ve both taken advice and used the services of E Harris and the team. I’ve been so impressed and grateful for the honest, professional and no-nonsense approach. During the process of renting out my London (Shoreditch) property Lizzie herself helped with everything from viewings, making sure I had the best tenants to dealing with rent negotiations (I live out of town). I will definitely use them again in future, although The tenants I have seem to be in it for the long game, which is a bonus, thanks to Lizzie and the team!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

The accommodation is fantastic, and we just extended the agreement for one more year. Lizzie always supported me in every step during the negotiation and in any others case of needs. Great team! I would strongly recommend EJ Harris. Lizzie and her team are the best professionals I ever meet. My son lives in London since 2018, and we dealt with a lot of agencies. No one like EJ Harris was so trustworthy and qualified.

GoogleSince initially dealing with EJ Harris a year and a half ago the whole team has been a pleasure. They are professional, fair and reasonable and have offered friendly support and advice. Any issues have always been resolved very quickly. A warm thanks to Demi for helping us with our contract and requests at the beginning of the process, Claudia for handling a difficult internal house mate dispute in the most professional and empathetic way and lastly to Lizzie for making the transition of leaving the property to find a new home to accommodate a baby as smooth as possible.

I have used many agents and have been burnt BUT I have to say that EJ Harris were both professional and knowledgeable and made the whole process seamless. I had my viewing with Zara, who knew the area well and answered all the questions that I had. Once my offer was accepted with the landlord I spoke with Angela who sent me the contract, references and all other documents. I had quite a lot of questions regarding the contract and Angela answered them all with speed and efficiency. Its was a real pleasure to deal with this company and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a stress free rental property. 5 stars from me.

GoogleThis agent should be avoided at all costs. They are unscrupulous and absuive. Our Landlord Lazarus Properties based in Doncaster hired this agent to act on their behalf. Diana Tran from EJ Harris tried to enter our premises without our permission. When I told Diana Tran to leave (which I was well within my rights to do so), Diana Tran became abusive and tried to push her way past. I had to call 999 and this enraged the agent further and she threatened physical violence! Diana Tran then fled the building before the police could arrive to question her. Both Lizzie Harris (the boss) and Diana Tran were questioned by the police and both apologised. However, when I contacted Lizzie Harris to complain, she refused to take any responsibilty for their representative Diana Tran's reprehensible actions. We are shocked that an agent like this can operate? They were shockingly unprofessional. We have now acquired the 999 recording of the physical threat Diana Tran made and are taking legal action. Please beware of this agent.
