GoogleWe rented a flat in Bayswater for the past two years that was property managed by EJ Harris. We had a very positive experience with our point of contact Claudia. She was responsive when issues came up in the old building (as they always do...) and was proactively communicative about work and inspections that needed to take place from time to time. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

GoogleI had very positive experiences with Claudia. She was always so helpful and proactive, and made sure we got great solutions to any issues we had. When the fridge wasn't delivered properly by the provider she helped carry it upstairs within an hour! There are not many people who would offer to help in this scenario, especially so quickly. GoogleSo i rented an apartment from EJ Harris and when it was time to return my deposit they tried to scam me for as much deposit as possible. Like making excuses that made no sense i have rented with other companies but this was the so disappointing that i am writing a review

GoogleTerrible terrible terrible. Constantly lied "the landlord wants more weekly rent" .... so we increased our budget, shortly days later "sorry the landlord was on holiday and just got back and said he no longer wants to let it out" ... weren't they aware of this when the landlord wanted more rent ??? Lies!!! Avoid like the plague

GoogleThese people are unprofessional and racist. Especially the owner Mrs. Harris. Treated me different because I was not from England and genuinely were extremely difficult to deal with. I don't know if they are bad to everybody but they don't like Asian people for sure.

GoogleVery pleasant and helpful staff. As for the agency: application process too slow and agency fees much higher than other agencies. Plus a renewal fee (unusual for a 1 bed flat in London). Inflexible with break clause.

GoogleUse at your own peril. Zara as the lettings negotiator was helpful, Jo as the agency liaison seemed a lovely lady. For the rest, few words come to my mind "Dishonest", "Unpleasant", "Incompetent".
