GoogleTAKE PICTURES OF THE ENTIRE FLAT AS SOON AS YOU MOVE. EVERY SINGLE CORNER OF IT.
We thought it was good at the beginning. They even gave us a welcome gift pack with a mattress protector..
Oh, how wrong we were.
They just wanted to take as much money as they could from us. At the end they even charged us for that welcome "GIFT" pack.
They tried to charge me some reference for my new agency even when that is ILLEGAL.
When they have to give you back the deposit, they start to reply to your emails 2 O 3 days later.
I can't deny that they help us at the beginning and it was good. But that is just to see you cry at the end

Hi Diego We were unaware you had any issue on leaving the flat so we're very sorry to see your poor review. As you are aware Eden Harper did not manage your tenancy so the deductions on your deposit were proposed by the Landlord. We were acting as a third party passing the information to you. You were entitled to dispute this at any time as you were informed however, but you happily agreed to the deductions. The welcome ‘GIFT’ pack was supplied by the Landlord not Eden Harper as again we did not manage the tenancy. We were lawfully entitled to request payment for an outgoing reference which you did not proceed with; If you entered in to a tenancy before the 1st June 2019, then the Landlord or Agent will still be able to charge fees up until 31 May 2020 under an existing contract.

GoogleMy partner and I were tenants for over two years. I found them to be very friendly and helpful with regards to first viewing and throughout the letting process. We did have a few technical problems when we first moved in, the gas meter was hard to locate and the oven's fuse kept blowing, these were no faults of Eden Harper, but they quickly resolved these issues. They do provide a professional and personal service. Every member of staff I have spoken with have been very pleasant and helpful.
We moved out of the accommodation due to the property being sold. Eden Harper were very good in providing updates of the sale process. They were also able to help us secure a new property.
I would rent from Eden Harper again

GoogleVery happy of my experience with Eden Harper, we were searching for a flat with my girlfriend for weeks and decided to walk in an agency. Our demands were quite specific (outdoor space, garden, vintage but refurbished, separated kitchen...) But it wasn't too much for Elizabeth who quickly had a property in mind for us, it was a very busy period of the year on the market so she recommended a viewing directly and it was the best call! Within 5 minutes in the flat we were convinced and less than 48hours later we were picking up the keys. We were shown a property, which didn’t look anything like it did in the pictures. The woman said the property is available immediately, but the landlord is in the process of fixing a leak. When the door opened the first thing we could smell was damp with a sounds of a dehumidifier in the distance. We walked into the house until we hit the dining room and saw the damage. The room had no ceiling!! The woman knew the viewing didn’t go well and even said ‘I don’t know why I always get the bad viewings’ as if this is totally normal!!!
I’m extremely disappointed that the Estate Agent even took this property on in this state let alone getting viewings booked in. Since the bad viewing the property is still a ‘featured’ property so clearly nothing has been done about this.

First of all apologies that you had such a poor experience. I am aware of the property in question and unfortunately it was undergoing repair due to a leak from the flat above. In hindsight my colleague could have explained this in more detail prior to your viewing or cancelled the viewing. The property has been removed from our website until repairs have been completed. I would say we had been managing this property since 2007 and it was just unfortunate that such an incident took place prior to your viewing. I hope you will give us the opportunity to show you some of our other flats and perhaps help you find a new home.

It took weeks for them to draw up a contract and when we signed and everything was good to go a week before we move in, they tell us the current tenant will not be able to move out leaving us a week to find a place. They didn’t even offer to compensate, we had to ask them to return our deposit as they have inconvenienced us and they don’t seem to care much about their customers either.
