Couldn't be more helpful or professional !

I have been using Eden Harper for rental property management since 2012 and Richard and his team couldn't have been more helpful during this time. Any queries, problems or issues I have ever had, or the tenant has ever had, with the property are dealt with promptly, efficiently and always in a very friendly and professional manner. They make the whole property rental process very easy, both from my perspective as a landlord but also for the tenants that rent the properties on their books, and nothing is ever too much trouble. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eden Harper to a Landlord thinking of renting their property out, or to a tenant considering renting properties through them. They are a great team, and I look forward to continuing working with them well into the future.

Unprofessional, slow and super unreliable

It took weeks for them to draw up a contract and when we signed and everything was good to go a week before we move in, they tell us the current tenant will not be able to move out leaving us a week to find a place. They didn’t even offer to compensate, we had to ask them to return our deposit as they have inconvenienced us and they don’t seem to care much about their customers either.

I've been with this agent for about 10 years now and they always do a great job. Very personal, switched on. I'm under full management and the service people they send round are pretty well always very good plus reasonable.
