GoogleAwful. The repairs team ignore emails, eventually when chased several times will say they'll come round then never actually show up. The windows in the flat we rent have gaps at the top which creates a draft at best and lets rain in at worst, we requested they were repaired during the summer but have yet to even have the repairs team come around to look at them. The office staff are equally as bad for not responding to emails, don't answer the phone and have little interest in tenants.

GoogleAppalling. They do not answer the phone AT ALL, ignore emails and only gave us our deposit back (a month late) after chasing and chasing. Completely neglected us as tenants. When our electric went the electrician said he was shocked that the house hadn't burnt down. Put in temporary fix but said it needed serious work. Eastbank ignored this so we moved out. Unless you love stress and living in unsafe conditions, I would not recommend to anyone.

GoogleRaluca emailed us asking for a viewing at 5.45pm. We waiting for 30 minutes and no one turned. We emailed the next day to raise a complaint and we had no apology. This place looks like a scam don’t recommend this to anyone

GoogleCan't give less than 1 star - awful company - purchase agreed, no sign of any issue, then morning of proposed exchange they pull out...when you call to ask what's changed they'll inform you "I don't know what to say, no one is dealing with that now" as if they've not been involved at all. Be aware of any listings from this company

GoogleDon't do business with these people, during the almost 2 year period that I rented with them they repeatedly gained access to the property without sufficient notice, they are very rude on the phone and on two occasions accused us of not paying rent when we in fact had. One of he worst agents I have ever dealt with in my lifetime

FacebookThey're not serious at all! I scheduled to see a house at 17:30, they gave me an email to wait because they are caught in traffic. I waited for an hour and no one arrived!! I do not recommend, avoid!

GoogleI had to work with Eastbank to have some shared guttering replaced, with a house they manage. I found Jacqui a pleasure to work with, she returned my calls and emails promptly and the whole process was simple and straightforward as a result. A good company to deal with.

GoogleI work with Eastbank on a daily basis and always find Jacqui to be helpful and supportive to her tenants and landlords making sure they get the best service at all times. I would highly recommend them to both tenants and landlords.

GoogleExtremely rude and unprofessional people. Never rent a property from them. they will not answer your phone and if they answer, will give you really rude reply and put the phone down. never never never ever do business with them.

GoogleWe’ve been in our Eastbank flat for 6 weeks now and haven’t had any issues, Raluca has always been very helpful, polite and responsive and the whole process was smooth and hassle free. No complaints!
