GoogleAvoid Amandine at all costs. Not only was she extremely insensitive when my flatmate got attacked literally 20 mins before her scheduled viewing, she then went and lied to our landlord stating that we had been difficult during the scheduling process, a lie which is so easily debunked by showing our chat history that i wonder how she thought she would get away with it. Not to mention entering our house without knocking or ringing the bell, a decent agent would know to do that without having to be told. 1 star solely for Cody having been great in the past.

GoogleFantastic agency. They are friendly, honest and always willing to go the extra mile for their clients. Samantha is a miracle worker who has helped sort out a range of issues with my property, from sourcing decorators to performing credit checks. Matthew is a property genius who is always prepared to give his advice on the latest news regarding all things to do with rentals, ownership and buying/selling. The highest recommendation from me.

GoogleDeplorable experience for us through Cody, we felt a total lack of transparency and ethics when our rental process turned into an uncomfortable bidding war (after initially accepting deposit and confirming our offer). Various different and contradicting reasons given along the way and refused to leave anything in writing..very glad we avoided doing “business” with them. Other reviews seem to reflect similar experiences.. Wonder how they’d feel if they were put under the same situation they made us go through when looking for their own home…

GoogleThis agency was advertising a house we made an offer to purchase. The offer got accepted and we proceeded to instruct and pay for a sollicitor. We realised down the road that the floorplan they advertised was wrong and overestimating the surface by 13%, which makes the price ridiculously high. We informed ea2 who took this grave matter very lightly and unilaterally discharged themselves of any responsability. We incurred more than 2000 pds of sollicitor fee and months of delay in our search. We are suing ea2 and we will go all the way to stop these unprofessional people ( namely, Coddie, Samantha and Matthew ) from polluting the market with their crooked ways.
