GoogleI have been a tenant under ea2 for 7 years now and found them to be excellent. Barry Yates in particular has been brilliant whenever I’ve had an issue (and I’ve had quite a few including horrible pest issues). He deals very fast and efficiently and even replies on his days off or out of hours and keeps going until resolved. He even sometimes deals himself or offers to come round to the flat to see what the issue is. Couldn’t ask for more!

GoogleEa2 has looked after us for 10 years or so. The team is very efficient and very friendly. They are also very helpful. We have had some poor experiences with agents in the area, and are very happy to have found Ea2. The property management team have done a really good job for us. They found us some quality tenants, and in all the years they have looked after us there has never been a problem. When something needs doing at the property they get on to it without delay, and at reasonable cost. They have recommended builders and tradespeople to us, all of whom have been great. I don't dish out 5 star reviews willy-nilly, but there was no way this team wasn't going to get one.

GoogleSam was absolutely amazing, I spoke to her on the Tuesday, she got the referencing completed and tenancy signed and agreed by the Thursday. She made me feel comfortable and was by far easiest person I have worked with. She made sure I was updated and I really felt valued as a customer. I’ve spoken to many estate agents and none have gone above and beyond like Sam did. Thank you Sam x

GoogleWe bought a flat, rented it out and sold it with EA2 over a period of 7 years so I think we have a very good idea of what sort of agents they are. I really can’t speak more highly of them, they are lovely decent people with an incredible commercial understanding of the local market. They’ve consistently done well for us and when we needed to sell our flat in a poor market they took it from putting it on the market to completion in 4 months. Even our solicitor was impressed. Special shout out to Matthew and Sam but all of the team are brilliant. If you’re looking for some efficient, honest and commercially minded people (and the sort of people you’d really like to have a drink with) then EA2 are definitely the only agent in the area to consider.

As first time buyers, Amy’s support throughout the process was incredibly helpful - she is the expert when it comes to properties in the Wapping area and after dealing with many other estate agents, I can assure you the level of trust and transparency you get with EA2 is incomparable. We were working with very tight timelines towards the end of our transaction but Amy and Sam went above and beyond to ensure we exchanged contracts just in time! We are very grateful and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy/sell their property.

GoogleMoving homes is a stressful, exhausting and emotional process. Or can be. With ea2 Wapping, they reduced the stress from Day1. Cody found and secured our new tenancy agreement; many things can go wrong when negotiating but his interpersonal skills leveraged relationships well. On move day the transition and support from Laura and Sam were exceptional. Such a great job, we are enormously grateful.

GoogleI’ve had a fantastic experience with Ea2 Group since day one. I’ve been with them for two years now, renewed my contract twice, and have never encountered any issues. They respond quickly to queries and are always willing to help with any support requests. I especially want to mention Barry, who has been exceptional, always kind and highly competent. I highly recommend Ea2 Group as an estate agency.

GoogleOne of the most horrible services i got , they lie about what is included on the flat and the state of the flat . I rented a place 10 days after its tenant moved out , other than oven there isnt a single thing that is working without a problem . Hope this will help other people before they waste their money and time.
