GoogleWe bought a flat, rented it out and sold it with EA2 over a period of 7 years so I think we have a very good idea of what sort of agents they are. I really can’t speak more highly of them, they are lovely decent people with an incredible commercial understanding of the local market. They’ve consistently done well for us and when we needed to sell our flat in a poor market they took it from putting it on the market to completion in 4 months. Even our solicitor was impressed. Special shout out to Matthew and Sam but all of the team are brilliant. If you’re looking for some efficient, honest and commercially minded people (and the sort of people you’d really like to have a drink with) then EA2 are definitely the only agent in the area to consider.

As first time buyers, Amy’s support throughout the process was incredibly helpful - she is the expert when it comes to properties in the Wapping area and after dealing with many other estate agents, I can assure you the level of trust and transparency you get with EA2 is incomparable. We were working with very tight timelines towards the end of our transaction but Amy and Sam went above and beyond to ensure we exchanged contracts just in time! We are very grateful and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy/sell their property.

GoogleMoving homes is a stressful, exhausting and emotional process. Or can be. With ea2 Wapping, they reduced the stress from Day1. Cody found and secured our new tenancy agreement; many things can go wrong when negotiating but his interpersonal skills leveraged relationships well. On move day the transition and support from Laura and Sam were exceptional. Such a great job, we are enormously grateful.

GoogleOne of the most horrible services i got , they lie about what is included on the flat and the state of the flat . I rented a place 10 days after its tenant moved out , other than oven there isnt a single thing that is working without a problem . Hope this will help other people before they waste their money and time.

GoogleHaving had the usual bad experiences with estate agents in past. EA2 were such a pleasant surprise. The entire team are friendly, professional and actually care. They actually feel like part of the community, rather than the national soulless chains. A special thanks to Sam who pushed and worked so hard to get the purchase over the line. I will undoubtedly use EA2 when it comes to selling my house. I’m not alone with this, with a friend of mine having dealt with EA2 also having a similarly excellent experience. Could not recommend enough.

Cody in particular, who conducted the viewings and found buyers more quickly than we had expected, chased buyer and seller solicitors to bring about a timely and successful sale, and even arranged clearance for us to meet a last-minute deadline.
