It was an absolute delight to work with Jamie during the sale of our house. He was friendly and responsive and it felt like we were dealing with a good human being. He went above and beyond the call of duty in so many ways. We were not the easiest clients. We did everything the wrong way round as we put an offer on a house before we had sold ours. But Jamie worked with lighting speed and turned around getting our house in the market within days and we got an excellent offer within about a week. The path was by no means smooth and Jamie had to bear the brunt of a lot of stressed people on all sides, but managed it with grace and the benefit of experience, so helped to reassure us when times got difficult. We found Jamie through Instagram, asking if he could give us advice on selling our flat in Leyton, he made time to speak to us that evening, and gave us a figure he thought we could achieve, and a timeframe that it would be achieved in. He gave us very helpful advice on how to best present the flat for a sale. After one day of viewings we had an offer that exceeded expectations, and was exactly what Jamie had told us he could get for us. He was open and honest throughout the whole process, clearly communicated and was respectful of our time. 5 stars, amazing customer service, would definitely use his services again!
