When you work with Jamie B you get a genuine trusted advisor. His communication is superb and his guidance is rounded and fair which is based on real local intel and experience. He recognises that the vendor and buyers are in this together and that by working with us as transparently as possible, a lot of the uncertainty goes away and everyone ends up with the result they want. He is also well connected with other important players such as solicitors and contractors which operate at a fair price and because I have trust in him, i feel I can place more trust in them too. I will update this review at the conclusion of the process I'm working through but so far, his work has been fantastic. He has gone the extra mile a handful of times this far for vendor and buyer alike. Genuinely a different league from other experiences I've had in the past.

We recently bought and sold with E10 Homes and had a great experience - we would highly recommend them. We wanted to stay in Leyton and found our new place on their Instagram via a friend, and got a reply straight away to arrange a viewing. Once we'd had an offer accepted, we were impressed with how quickly they got ours on the market. We had multiple viewings, several strong offers and a buyer within weeks. We felt reassured by Jamie, who was very approachable, communicative and informative throughout the whole process. Excellent service!

Well that was a journey! Everything that could have gone wrong ( being in a long chain) went wrong, but I'm writing this review from my new garden in my new home! First time buying a home, so don't really have much comparison of the whole process. I had an offer accepted on the first flat I saw through E10. Communication was good throughout and a lot over WhatsApp which made things easier and more direct. They were very cute and gave me a few vouchers for little independent shops near my new flat when they handed me the keys.

It was an absolute delight to work with Jamie during the sale of our house. He was friendly and responsive and it felt like we were dealing with a good human being. He went above and beyond the call of duty in so many ways. We were not the easiest clients. We did everything the wrong way round as we put an offer on a house before we had sold ours. But Jamie worked with lighting speed and turned around getting our house in the market within days and we got an excellent offer within about a week. The path was by no means smooth and Jamie had to bear the brunt of a lot of stressed people on all sides, but managed it with grace and the benefit of experience, so helped to reassure us when times got difficult. We found Jamie through Instagram, asking if he could give us advice on selling our flat in Leyton, he made time to speak to us that evening, and gave us a figure he thought we could achieve, and a timeframe that it would be achieved in. He gave us very helpful advice on how to best present the flat for a sale. After one day of viewings we had an offer that exceeded expectations, and was exactly what Jamie had told us he could get for us. He was open and honest throughout the whole process, clearly communicated and was respectful of our time. 5 stars, amazing customer service, would definitely use his services again!
