GoogleI worked with Druce when I was looking for my current residence. After having dealt with another letting agent who were an absolute hell to deal with, dealing with Druce was a pleasant change. They have been very professional and helpful. My letting agent was Rozie W who has hands down been the best and most honest letting agent I’ve worked with thus far. She painstakingly took the time to find places that matched my requirements. I highly recommend contacting her for your next tenancy/purchase!

Unfortunately I have to update what was a very positive initial review. After reserving an apartment, the agency informed us that the owner had suddenly leased it to a longterm renter, leaving us in a lurch. The agency suggested a replacement property which I was very pleased about. After going through the process of signing the agreement and even putting down a deposit, we were again told that the owner had leased the property to a longterm renter that had already moved in! Needless to say this did not sit well after we had invested a considerable amount of time and effort in this process.I know the actions of the property owners are not in the agency's control, but this experience does not inspire a lot of confidence.

Sound judgment and efficiency from the word go.Selling one's home will always be stressful, but Ed Plumb (Brook Green office) and his colleague (Lydia) made it as smooth a process as possible. Always polite, always available and utterly professional. My only regret is that I did not heed their advice to put my house on the market a couple of months earlier than I did....and at the price suggested. In the end, his judgement proved correct and I sold for almost exactly the price I was originally told to expect. Ed and his colleague, Lydia, were always very efficient at notifying my lodgers of impending viewings - not easy when there were 4 of them, all working to different NHS rotas during a pandemic. The delicacy of the final negotiations were well handled, and I felt very well advised as to how best to ensure that the sale went through. I would thoroughly recommend the team for their local knowledge and professionalism.

I can't praise the responsiveness and professionalism of Bective enough. From start to finish, they were easy and transparent to deal with during the sale of my property. Lydia particularly was calm and patient, especially when under pressure and on the receiving end of my stressed calls/messages. She always called back quickly (even out of hours), and chased agents/solicitors relentlessly, to the point where I feel that exchange would have been long delayed without her. I couldn't have asked for more from a premium agency who know Brook Green and their clients extremely well. Recommended without hesitation.

She also gave good advice on the market without the insincere sales pitches that other agencies.It was unfortunate that I ended up finding a flat that I liked most from another agency but I’ll definitely use Druce when I’m selling and buying my next one.
