I can’t recommend Megan at Bective enough. Yes the agent is there to get the best price for the landlord but as a tenant it is an absolute bonus if she is helpful, responsive, honest and personable leaving just the excitement of moving in for us to worry about.

Not typical pushy agents - always feel from both Sales and Lettings I’m getting a balanced view. Stephanie was great, straightforward and the operations mgr Jozef was easy to get a hold of to help solve any rental application issues. Application, referencing and move in all smooth. Extremely happy with flat.

GoogleUpon entering the office, I was greeted by a charming and welcoming lady who showed me to a meeting room where, unfortunately, my experience went sour. After reading a pile of pointless papers and being asked a bunch of unthoughful questions, I found myself with no other choice but to get out and head to the pub down the road. On a positive note, the office was very well-kept, tidy and spotless to the point where I'm doubting whether I misjudged their ability of real estate management.

My first contact , the letting agent Stephanie has impressed me with her professionalism, kindness , presence, reliability. She gave me precious advice on other aspects to help me move out of the property to make it ready for letting . Next contacts were with the manager Chris and letting agent Kathryn that also have demonstrated a high standard of customer service as well as exceptional kindness and politeness which came across as genuine . Their words matched the facts that followed too and when I needed more advice on a couple of occasions , they maintained their high standards by being reliable,responding promptly, being helpful and professional . The other team members I came across whether by answering the phone or other instances have also matched their colleagues standards. A big thank you
