TrustpilotA very positive experience...
Having not had any dealings with estate agents for years, I suddenly needed to rent a flat as the lockdown was easing up late May. I dealt with the Brook Green office of Bective Leslie March through Rightmove - where Hanna Olssen looked after me very well. I was also supported buy the very efficient Jozef Georgiev in teh Ladbroke Grove Office, who looked after the paperwork. They were both proactive and responsive, quick to reply to email and did not mind me asking silly or naive questions - which meant I felt reassured. I was lucky to find something quickly, but I only visited it at Hanna's suggestion as it had just come on the market. All in all, a very positive experience.

What more can I say then what an amazing experience working with Druce has been! Our agent Stephanie from the Chelsea branch has gone above and beyond helping our young family. We have been informed and welcomed at every corner with complete visibility to what we are signing onto and the requirements as tenants. Thank you so much for our new home!

TrustpilotVery satisfied customers
From our very first visit to Brook Green office enquiring about selling our property we found the staff to be very professional and friendly. They communicated with us at all times kept us in the loop especially during the past 3 difficult months. Now we have sold we know we made the right decision to use them from the word go. Special big thank you to Ed and Lydia for going the extra mile. Judy and Brian Litchfield

TrustpilotStephanie & Jozef
Stephanie from the Brook Green office and Jozef from the Notting Hill office provided me with the best service I've had to date from any estate agency. From my initial property viewing with Stephanie, I could feel a much nicer, trustworthy approach compared with other estate agents I'd been dealing with, and the offer and contract process was facilitated seamlessly with regular communication from both Jozef and Stephanie. I cannot recommend their services enough!

TrustpilotProfessional, Responsive and Great To Work With
We have been working with Bective for quite sometime and it has been a pleasure so far. The staff at each Bective location are friendly, organised and always efficient. As a Sales Advisor for TWF Services I deal with Tenancy Progressor Jozef Georgiev on a regular basis, I can always trust him to be professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Overall I have found Bective to be great company to work with from a business standpoint.

TrustpilotA great agent in a difficult time.
We were having difficulty finding a tenant for our three bed Chelsea flat. Chiara Thomas of Bective L M took up the challenge with great charm and absolute determination in a very difficult market. Before long, she had found a family who were a perfect fit. She saw the process through to it’s conclusion with a gentle but firm hand.A job very professionally and well done. We will be working together in the future.
