Provided all the details for a refund more than 7 days ago and now they ask for the same details they already have which was included in a legal document. This company will keep your money as long as they possibly can and then will make excuses as to why its not been refunded. BE WARNED! IT WILL BE MENTALLY DRAINING GETTING MONEY REFUNDED FROM THIS COMPANY!!

My first contact , the letting agent Stephanie has impressed me with her professionalism, kindness , presence, reliability. She gave me precious advice on other aspects to help me move out of the property to make it ready for letting . Next contacts were with the manager Chris and letting agent Kathryn that also have demonstrated a high standard of customer service as well as exceptional kindness and politeness which came across as genuine . Their words matched the facts that followed too and when I needed more advice on a couple of occasions , they maintained their high standards by being reliable,responding promptly, being helpful and professional .
