TrustpilotLANDLORDS SHOULD AVOID
As a landlord I would advise AGAINST using the property management option. The people who have managed my property have NOT made my life easier QUITE THE OPPOSITE. They are clueless and have no knowledge of the repair basics. My experience was so bad that I requested a six month refund of the fees and received them because Senior Management recognised that the level of service had been AWFUL. They further assured me that they would be making personnel changes and that things would definitely improve. They did make changes but things have not improved. I have had 6 “ Property Managers” assigned to me since I started using this service and am about to get the 7th. Completely disillusioned and upset with myself for having believed their assurances that my little account was important to them and that they would work hard to restore my trust. Nothing could be further from the truth.

I highly recommend Bective. They were incredibly professional. They kept in touch with me regularly. I was still based abroad and trying to relocate to London with my family. They did their best to accommodate my needs and to make sure that I would get the keys upon my arrival and experience a smooth transition. Thank you to the Team and especially to Stephanie.

We were tenants with Bective for 2 and a half years. The team were always really flexible and responsive whenever we needed any sort of help. Soraia in particular was super helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble (despite me being horrible at returning management keys😂). Kim was so helpful in helping us find our place initially. Really nice team.

Agents are terrible, but Bective are different.I decided to rent a property through Bective due to their professional and diligent process. My agent, Megan, was extremely helpful in organising viewings, sourcing further information and finding the correct properties to my spec.Megan was on hand during the property negotiation process and ensured the property I wanted was correctly secured. 10/10 would use again.

Bective were an excellent company to deal with. Jacinta dealt with the entire sales process with the highest level of professionalism delaing with any objection that arose. She was particticularly tenacious at the final stages of exchange dealing with any buyer concerns and liaising with the buyers Solicitor to ensure that timelines and neeeds were met. 5 star service.

Cant recommend this Agents enough... Dealt with Jack and Jozef who were utterly professional and worked tirelessly to secure us our ideal home. Bective provided a good professional service throughout the process of letting out a rental property for me. They provided good advice about marketing it and then Stephanie was able to find a tenant at the first viewing of the property. Other members of the team were then very helpful in pushing matters forward to a successful conclusion.

GoogleThis agency not only lacks professionalism but also operates with questionable practices. Additionally, Druce Letting Agency has a baffling approach to customer service. They have no assigned agents, which means that most times you contact them, you're shuffled around within the company. This results in months of having to explain the same issues to different staff members, only to receive inconsistent responses, if any. This complete lack of continuity and accountability within the agency is not only infuriating but also incredibly inefficient. It's astonishing that they can't seem to keep track of their own dealings with tenants. In conclusion, if you value your time, sanity, and desire transparency in your dealings with a letting agency, I strongly advise against choosing Druce
