GoogleGreat experience with sales neg Emilie, she was efficient, personable and didn't harass or push me like other agents have a habit of doing. She sent me a number of properties that fitted my criteria which showed me she had listened to my needs and requirements carefully as oppose to just flooding me with all 2 bed flats in the area. Happy with the service I received and wouldn't hesitate to deal with Emilie again, thank you Douglas and Gordon.

GoogleThis agency is a real benchmark in London for what customer service should be. They know the areas intimately, they have a large portfolio of houses and what is most important, they listen carefully to what you want and respond to that flawlessly. My dealings were with Amelie, who is an agent at the Notting Hill office, located immediately adjacent to Portobello Road. She could not have been more helpful; always on time at the viewings, texting ahead to make sure I was reminded and always happy to adjust to my timetable. Highly recommended.
