GoogleJust recently moved to London for business and was looking to buy a property, however I didn't know much about the area. I was taken around four properties by Sam Shaw of this branch, and was incredibly satisfied with his service. Alongside listening to my requirements and working around quite a tight schedule, he had an in-depth knowledge of the properties, even though he told me he'd just joined the company! All in all a great day where I feel I'm now in a much better position to make a move on a property. Five stars!

GoogleI used Douglas and Gordon in Fulham to help me buy my first house and they were absolutely incredible! Toby and Eloise, went out of their way to show me places that they thought I would like to see. They really listened to my requirements, and I can truly say went above and beyond. A massive thank you to you both. After renting for 14 years in London I would say this is by far the best estate agency I have dealt with. They are professional, polite, couldn’t be more helpful, no hard sales talk and they really listen! I have loved working with them, and between them they have made what isn’t normally a very stressful process more fun and enjoyable.

He has very kindly and patiently answered and addressed all my questions, and has made himself available to communicate with me multiple times a day. He seems to take a genuine interest in what his clients are looking for and is very committed to offer peace of mind. I'm overall very grateful for the service provided so far!
