I can't say enough about the superb servce delivered by Douglas and Gordon, Southfields. I have used them as my letting agent for a few years now and any time the property becomes vacant, they fill it in record time with quality tenants. Their professionalism, courtesy and willingness to offer advice at every interaction is fantastic. Maddie and Jack have done an absolutely fantastic job selling our flat. It was not a straight forward process and I can't fault their handling of the sale at all. Jack progressed the sale very well indeed and his communication was first class. They are without doubt the most knowledgeable and professional team operating out of Southfields and I say this after having registered and worked with all the main agents in Southfields for our onward purchase. Although we didn't end up buying through Maddie she has unrivaled experience which she is prepared to share with her clients. I would always turn to Maddie for her advise and expertise on the local market and grid-houses and prioritise her opinion over and above all others in the area. Just wanted to write a quick review about the excellent service we have received so far. I have just moved into London, as a couple we had a low end budget and a lot of other agents had ignored us not got back to us etc. Previous experience had been with a company who was very unprofessional and charged loads of money without doing much work. Douglas and Gordon are very professional, quick good communication, friendly service always happy to help. They just made the whole process very easy. They do have charges but for the service you receive (nothing comes for free). The flat was professionally cleaned before we moved in and it was visible as it was spick and span. Everything you would expect from an Agent they gave and I would highly recommend the service to anybody looking to rent in London.

Sad that we had to move out of the property for personal reasons. Me and my flatmate are very happy with the service, from the viewing until the end of tenancy. I was surprised that the landlord decided to market the property through other letting agent. Douglas and gordon by far is the best letting agent I've been with. Renting for over 8 years and they have been very good with everything. Special thanks to our property manager peter Roberts for your outstanding service. Douglas & Gordon have provided a 5-star service! Used to Let our flat in Earlsfield they provided excellent advice from start to finish during the refurbishment of our property prior to Letting. On completion of refurbishment of the property Douglas & Gordon sourced a tenant within a matter of days, carried out thorough background checks, arrange the inventory etc. It was a smooth and professional process. Their third-party partners at London Stock (photography, EPC, inventory) were equally as professional and helpful. It has been a pleasure to with Henny, Toby & the Earlsfield Team. I used D&G to sell my house in probably the most difficult market in decades. They sold my house where three other agents failed and did a great job. Nick (my main contact) was always communicative and available to speak to me even just to calm my nerves. Jack (another agent in the office who would help me when Nick wasn't around) was always friendly and helped where he could. He always knew who I was and did his best to sort out my issues/worries/requests. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The sale was smooth and easy and I put this mostly down to Nick who was not only dedicated to the negotiations but was constantly available and proactive throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend them.
